  1. I only wish that Tullahoma could play at our high school. So many more students and teachers would be more likely to attend our games and it would be much more convenient. We have plenty of field space that is on school property beyond the woods that we practice on sometimes, but I don't really know why we have to play at the middle school. Money maybe? I don't know, but whatever it is....really getos on myt nerves haha.
  2. Ugh. Hard fought game....but somebody had to win.
  3. Sorry about that, I should have explained myself a little better. When I say mad I mean as in somewhat betrayed just in the sense that Tullahoma has always been major rivals with Shelbyville. Any player transferring from one to the other would cause this. That is all I meant by that....nothing toward her, I love the girl. Once again, sorry.
  4. Yeah no kidding, who did that make nervous? By everyone I hope that he/she meant to exclude Tullahoma haha. It did not make us nervous.... pretty mad I would say, but she seemed to be the one that was nervous when Tullahoma played Shelbyville. It had to be tougher on her than anyone for sure.
  5. Yeah you are right mjuhb. Just thought I would back you up on that. It was Vance, not Zoe.
  6. Yeah we sure did win, but Lincoln County was a whole different team that's for sure. They looked much better last night than they did when Tullahoma played them at Lincoln County. I give props to Abby for stepping in as keeper--for some reason their regular keeper wasn't there. She did a good job. Also Tullahoma last night...we actually strung many consecutive passes together. Wow that's something we all aren't used to.
  7. Well that really explains alot. I am surprised taking out Kayla had that much of an effect. 6-3-1....wow tough defense. Only two hours until Tullahoma plays them game time and I am just now finding out that it is very possible Lincoln County will play the same lineup against us. /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=" Well at least I know it's a possibility and will be prepared for it. Thanks mjuhb /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  8. Looking at Shelbyville's season vs. Lincoln County's, the score to the game they played against each other astonishes me. Was it that Shelbyville was really off, Lincoln County was really on, or a combination of the two? I just don't see how 2-1 was the final score. Was anyone at this game or know anything about it to tell me what happened here? /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blink.gif" />
  9. Yeah I understand this now. I just never really thought about there being such a thing. I mean, logically, it makes sense. It just never clicked with me.
  10. Yes, first, but if both Tullahoma and Columbia advance then the two will face each other on...Monday I believe?
  11. Oh my goodness and we tore our field up too! It was incredibly hard to see that night. Well this Saturday it will be looking VERY rough when we play Lincoln County.
  12. HAHA I was concerned about this one myself. It was pretty confusing and made me laugh a little. /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />
  13. Well to be honest Tullahoma was really slow starting the season. With a new varsity coach, things were really hard on the team--especially for the returning varsity players. We really had to get used to how things were changing. But we tried some new setups out that ended up falling through. In my opinion we should have changed things up as soon as we saw how it was not working. But in the Ttown Columbia game there were many correctable mistakes by Tullahoma that will hopefully be fixed by now. I think it will be a good game because both teams want it; it will end up being not so much about skill but about how well each team can click with teammates. It will really be a game of heart. I have watched the film from the first Tullahoma Columbia game and tried to point out all our mistakes and the weaknesses of our opponents so hopefully that will prove to be propitious next week.
  14. Yeah this is true. I won't give my thoughts on Columbia though this time. I will just say I hope Tullahoma can get through them to get to Shelbyville. I thought so too? You are right though, it's not listed....?
  15. Hmm I think I will have to agree. Kayla Warren is a great player, I hope to play against her for district championships. That would(and hopefully will /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=" ) be a great game. Nobody can tell what will happen this year, many of the teams have been so inconsistant. Just some stats to prove my point...Shelbyville beat Tullahoma 4-1. Tullahoma beat Lincoln County by a landslide 6-0. Shelbyville beat Lincoln County just 2-1. Tullahoma and Shelbyville put up the same scores against Riverdale. Just comparing the teams in district--it seems difficult to predict the final standings. This year will be unpredictable...just about anyone could take it home.
