That's not really a problem at my school (Henry County). The football players and the Band kids get along pretty good. After we win a game the players come over to the band and raise their arms to us while we play our fight song. Sure, there are some guys on the team, that dont even play, that think they can down talk to the band but all I say to that is that i get more field time than more than half the players on the team. and all the Starters agree with me too. I think the whole FB players vs. Band kids is really immature. I agree with SeniorTuba. The only reason a game is truly important to us is to get us ready for a big crowd for competitions

I understand what your saying. I'm in the HC band and there has been times when we have been late and the band parents made people move, but there was room to sit.

Hey just wanted to wish all the bands that are coming out to Henry County this weekend good luck. :] this is the first time we have hosted in a long long long time so hopefully it goes great. haha. See you saturday!
