I have seen both play and that shouldnt be considered an upset.

Not in order but: Sissom, Obi, Smith, Wright, Sells, Hackett, Gregory, Staggs,Cripps. Might have got those names wrong and missed some other girls.

Dekalb looked like it never got in a rhythm after the first quater. Smiths defense played well and their post are getting better. Hackett is hard to guard especially in the open court. Good team effort.

My prediction..............Sc wins by 10.

I was surprised at the score of the Dekalb/ LA game. I for one am glad that there is some pariety in this district. . I see the S C/ DC game coming down to the wire. I was one of the ones that thought Dekalb would get beat, . not by just a couple of points but by 15-20. My appoligies to the Dekalb faithful. Good luck

That is what makes Livingston so good. They always have a good run or two during games and they never panic if things arent going there way.

Some people forget that she was from smith county and then went to jackson I believe in the 6th or 7th grade. Her dad got a job working up there.

Livingston will handle Dekalb . To many experienced players. Not to mention better coaching.

I cant argue that. Jims a heck of a coach. Changes coaching schemes as his personell changes.

Ferris went to Forks River Elementary in Smith co. before she went to Jackson. Carr. Good kid but a far cry from L.Leonard. I cant think of no one else that has transfered in that brought any thing to the table.

In times yall have had enough help with surronding counties. Not mad, just saying.

There is not a nerve struck at all.Those girls are just workin hard . We are so behind in the feeder programs and havnt played as much ball as these other kids in our district. We have some coaches in place that now are in the program that understands the importance of what the program needs. As far as the hackett girl comment she would help any one in our distict but dont sell short of the things she can do for the owls.

I have known that coach for a long time and have never heard him say any thing like that. I wouldnt doubt if ole smcohiowlette is a disgruntled parent and is trying to light a fire under our district opponents. News to smcohiowlette: you dont have to do that in our district.They come to play every night. I have friends kids that play on that team . Its hard to win in our district with a veteran team much less a team that will probably start a freshman, 2 sophomores, a junior , and senior.smchiowlette dont pull my leg, Its long enough!
