What a shame.....Hermitage Springs goes into the history books like so many others.....College Grove, Bethesda, Campbellsville, Bodenham, Minor Hill,Kittrell, and toooo many to list. Looks like small rural schools need to be added to the endangered species list!!!

Do the Hall of Fame games count on teams' regular season record? Seems that some list the result and some don't. Anybody got the scoop? If they don't count, why don't we refer to them as exhibition games?

How bout Elston Turner from Austin-East?? Not a bad player at Ole Miss. Anthony Roberts from Chattanooga Riverside--didn't he light it up at Oral Roberts about 30 years ago? Skip Brown from D-B is also a good choice.
