Lamm is a solid coach that develops pitching and instills a winning confidence in his team year after year. He's had Page's number for several years...not a SH fan, but definite hat tip worthy.

Talking baseball...by "what team" I meant the level of play of that year's baseball squad.

Page with the rare sweep over Giles tonight 3-2. Hosting Sprig Hill Monday in what appears to be a wide open district this year.

Page wins 7-2 at Giles with strong 6 inning performance by Frosh LHP Peyton Wigginton, SR Jack Jones closing out the 7th. Big win for Page as to the best of my knowledge, Patriots have been winless at Giles (regardless of opponent) for 8+ years. Doesn't matter what Giles team it is, they always defend their home turf well.

Page 4 CPA 7 in game one, game two tonight at CPA. Any other scores????

Page gets the series sweep over Cascade 1-0 on a 2 out based loaded walk in the bottom of the 6th. Soph LHP Christian Denton held Cascade in the top of the 7th to get the complete game shutout win.

MC 12 Page 7 Not to take anything away from MC, who is always tough on their home field, but heard Page was pretty sloppy defensively. I was not there so can't say if that was the difference in the game or not.
