  1. Farragut has a tuff schedule but i think they will be a championship team.
  2. Look ondiea you got lucky had a good season so your putting TL on a paddlstool but that would be llike taking Jelllico to the playoffs once in a life time shot worked out good for a 40's ome old man that never worked hared on the field so letss tell all are kids this year at high scholl you dont have to work hard heck quit football you can be like TL and still get your way if you know the Princiapl this should be investaged JKERR was awarrrior not some kid selling pop corn and chasing girls at the high school games and than JKERR went on to play College ant 18 he didnt wait till he was 27 years old and didcide football was for him. lets get realll
  3. Oh so that makes all the diffrence in the world he waited till his Senior year to decided to play football i see a pattern and waited till he was 25-27 and walked on to Cumberlan Oh well nice guy look at he school he coached at Oneida. That like going to jellico or petros coalfield and winning a few games J Kerr earned his way threw but i know the reason he gots it was the princicpal and him are freinds thats the only wasy on paper he is not quilified to coach little legue. He can llive in his day dream world and maybe just maybe he can go out and hire some talent and get the glory but on his own he is a 45 year old losser that wasnt willing to work for what he has in the football.
  4. Ok no more. lets just tell all of our young players in the futures you dont have to play football just wait till you get 40 and be a coach. no need of working hard for 10 years in the wieght room or on practice field just get to know the politics and you will get the job. The End.
  5. Oksie dog. thanks for being Honest. i thought that would be the answer i should get he might make a great boss but i had rather seen J Kerr some one that had played his hart out in hot summer days practices than some one that just out of the blue decided to quit the Coal Mines and become a coach. I mean im sure he is load and can scream and will get there attention but as to really work with a kid and learn him skills i dont think so. Josh Kerr was a worrior he played hared went to college and played and for a guy like TL that might know the right person to beat him out shows Politics play a big row. Seriously he might be a great guy he will have to have a team of reall coaches that can teach players cuse i dont think he is quialfied
  6. Oskie. pleas answer at least one of my questions. how much High School Football did TL play, What Position did he ever play in a game. Ok was it 2 or 3 weeks he worked out with Cumberland College and quit and was he 25-27 when he decided to try out as a walk on at CC. And last Wouldnt you think Josh Kerr would be more Qualified as a head coach. I Know Politics are in schools and be rights J Kerr was way more suited for the Job. Pleas answer some questions.
  7. Unreall Tony Lanbert only played 1 year of JV football and at age 26 walked on to Cumberalnd College well that tells me he works his players hard but never did him self. what did he do when he was 15-17 years old sell pop corn at the games.
  8. It amaze me that he didnt play high school football only one year of JV and at the age of 26 walked on to Cumberland College for 2-3 spring parctice and quit. i guess he knows how to work players but for him self he took the easy way.
  9. Okie. look at Josh Kerr a grat player gave many days practice sweat and tears played foot ball at Georga and ETSU has been a had coach what happen you know he is more for the job. He earnd it. if i was TL i actually couldnt look at Josh in the face.
  10. Okie. how many years from what i understand 1 year in JV. 2-3 weeks at cumberland in spring practice. If you can prove he played more please post. He walked on CC at he age of like 26 years old and practiced 2 weeks. Youre right he should even be the nesxt Basketball coach at AC right?
  11. futbolfan.. yes im sure he will work them hard. my problem he wants them to bust there butt and everyone knows when he was there age he didnt. like 1 year of JV and at the age of 25-27 he dicicded to walk on to Cumberland College and practiced 2-3 weeks and quit. So im sure anyone can make a kid work hard and if he can find some talent coaches to come along but most dont want to work under a coach they fill they are more quilified and paid there dues he just getting a easy break filling in kerrs shoes. so the point im making he never worked hard and that is what he is standing on that he will work kids hard. So what he is basing his coaching on " I didnt practice when i was 15 years old but i make sure the boys do.
  12. Okie no doubt you have changed my mind on TL. Thanks. i should of been giving him respect of being a coach since he never played in one football game that makes it even amazing he is such great coach. i should of looked at it that away. IM sure he will work hard with skilled Players to improve there skills. every one should respect that. he deserves filling Kerrs shoes maybe he is all ready better coach you hav echange my mind. Okie please post more reason that make him such a great coach i will enjoy reading them maybe Oak ridge paper can do a aritcle on the Coach that Never Played football and he will push your kids hard.
  13. Oskie. this post was to reflect on a legend Coach Kerr. I was just saying it would be hard for a kid knowing he was going to be pushed from a Coach that never went threw 2 a days never went threw 95 degree practice's. Yes TL. might even make a good Basketball coach or Tennis Coach im sure he never sweated in practice on those sports either. Lets just call him the wonder coach. the Coach that that can do all that never put the time and effert in sposrts in middle school.high school or college but is willing to push your kid. Yes i guess i have great respect now for him i just didnt know how little he had gave to the sport of football other than working under kerr and now fellin in his shoes. i think TL should all ready be coach of the year as well but i would still like to see some Film on his 2 weeks of spring training at cumberland and from what i heard he was 26 years old when he dicided to walk on.
  14. Sure he is a great man. i have never met him. im just saying a lot of people quit there blue collar job and start coaching maybe he has watched alot of NFL or college games and learnd from there. But he didnt learn it out on the pratice field with pads on in 95 degree weather busting his butt Lets just Say TL. took the easy route. and leave it at that. and if you can say diffrent shoot the gas to it.
