Hello all, We are a Rutherford County based travel team look for a few 18u tournaments this summer. Please advise of any potential tournaments in the region. Also, we're in the process of filling the last few spots on our roster. If you are a starting pitcher age 16-18, please contact me about potentially playing with us. I'm not hiding behind the internet because I'm not the one making accusations about Mr. De'Vinner. I'm also not asking any of you to stop your conversation. Just letting you know that there are some ignorant folks in here making some assinine statements based on bad information. In the process, you are showing Mr. De'Vinner no respect. If any of you fellas want to have a real conversation about this and maybe learn a little something in the process, feel free to speak with me in a more private venue. I'm not posting my contact information in this public forum for loonies to harrass me for giving a different opinion, but I'd be glad to contact anyone that wants to give me a way to get ahold of them.

Who said anything about race? I'm white, he's black, and I don't really care what color you or any of the other posters are. Irrelevant. My agenda is obvious? Enlighten me. If letting you know that there are some misinformed souls saying some very ugly things about a human being that they just don't know is an "agenda", then guilty as charged. It's sad. Most of you are grown men, and you'd be ashamed to say some of the things you are saying if you couldn't hide behind your "username" on the internet. I'd be glad to discuss this somewhere more private than this thread if you'd like, I promise you have misread this situation. D'V knows my name and my phone number as we have 'chatted' before. As to your being white, on this board there is only black and white print. Welllll, unless you are more puter savvy than I am and know how to change it! I missed the part where you shed light on my agenda. Glad you've talk to D'V before. I'm sure you can pick up the phone and tell him to catch the Greyhound back to B'ham rather than posting it on a message board. That'd probably be a more effective way to tell him how you really feel, don't ya think? Wow, there are some really uninformed people in here making arses of themselves in this thread. I'm not sure which is worse: The way some of you guys are trashing a person (De'Vinner) that you really know nothing about, or the way Ron Aydelott and Tom Nolan bald-faced lied in the DNJ this morning. I'm not going to comment on the facts at hand because it isn't my place to do so, and I trust that the facts will come out from the appropriate people at the appropriate time. But trust me when I say you guys shouldn't be writing De'Vinner off as a "sour-grape waterboy."

We are a Rutherford Co. based summer team looking to pick up an additional 5-10 games. We don't have a home field, but I'd be glad to split costs on umpires/baseballs with you. Typical. No credit to the boys that went out there and played hard, all the blame on the officials. You were probably one of the guys up in the press box showing your rear about the umpires at the Lebanon/Oakland regular season game in Lebanon. That was an embarrassing display, and I'm starting to wonder if it is a trend among Lebanon fans.
