I am amazed and impressed! West Tn is weaker this year. This was a welcome surprise.

USJ has a heck of a catcher. She may be 8th grade but I think 9th. Don't know her name.

FCS it will be. If your field is bad, then it is just bad. I have seen plenty through the years! MrNoitAll is usually right.

All the schools have a head master so technically under same administration? The schools that I know who are doing this in other sports, are in the small school classification of DII

The TSSAA doesn't stipulate that but the smaller private schools have one staff. The larger ones have 2. It just has to be on one campus. There are several small public schools that are this way, too. In order to have enough Varsity they are forced to pull players up. Usually only in football or basketball do you have the already old child for his grade being held back and then being 2 and half years older than some in that grade.

Private schools do it all the time in West TN because we need numbers. Mainly in baseball, softball and wresting. The school has to be on one campus then it is legal.

Any of the girls who signed D1 should dominate until they get to state. Seems like that is how it went last year. Usually a D1 pitcher will get you to state.

The Glenn's in Covington will be tough. Watch out for Riverside!

Looking forward to Anna Renfroe taking her team to state again. Another DI pitcher. We will miss her on third, though. Can't wait to see her in action. Watch out for Tori Hensley in Camden. She is awesome!

TCA could have played smaller with private schools. THEN they could have been bashed by WEBB. Not sure anyone could beat them!

USJ strong on talent, short on players. Will they have enough? Camden agree. USJ agree and I am sure they will get the numbers.
