  1. I must say I am happy to see that WC finally got 1 in the win column. I spent my last 2 high school years hating you guys but now i must say congrats and good luck.
  2. he may not be the biggest or fastest guy in the world but when you need a guy to go over the middle or pick up the first down i would want steven whitehouse from mount juliet. the kid has good hands and isn't afraid of getting hit.
  3. we might not be throwing stones but we'll sure as everything be firing 3's if Holly Hudson Clark and Gibson play up to their potential and Lauren Hudson gives some significant minutes off the bench then. we'll be throwing a lot more than a smooth stone.
  4. beech and hendersonville may be a good one but i still say MJ vs. Beech has all of them beat. WC vs. MJ would be a good one but for it to be a rivalry central needs to win one first
  5. my personal best in the 100 was an 11.4 that i ran at hendersonville in the district meets
  6. a lot of lebanon's skill guys from last year were undercalss men. they'll miss shipp and vanderburg at leadership positions. forrest won't be missed he was always a better cheerleader than football player but that's a different story. they've got some really strong guys coming back and despite the lack of the size they'll still be a physical hard hitting football team. lebanon always is. but unfortunately being as they are down the road rivals i can't say i care for them as a whole. but my opinion is they should be a decent offensive with a strong D playing for them.
  7. i personally think hendersonville is state bound. i was at the game in the pit for my golden bears after watching them hold off a late MJ surge tonight and pulling away at the end there is no doubt in my mind they're the best team i've seen all year. hendersonville is state bound and as much as it pains me to say it i wish them the best of luck. andy wicke is a D-1 ball player regardless of what that moron gomab says and if it has to be like (i doubt it will be though) he'll carry them a long way.
  8. yea as much as i hate to say this b/c i absolutely despise hendersonville but i think they'll come out on top. hopefully beech can pull it out but realistically i don't see it happening and hhs will move on to the title game and face mj hopefully. my final thought on this one though..... GO BUCS!!!!
  9. i tell you what the only people i've met that complain more than central players and fans are lavergne players and fans. it wasn't luck you just plain got out played DEAL WITH IT
  10. mj winning by luck could be the biggest load of crap i've ever heard. they played their hearts and were just plain and simple the better team. mj led the majority of the 4th quarter after clawing their way back into it. now had the hit some miraculous buzzer beater that might be luck (central) but that's not the way it happened. so you people need to get over it mj is better.
  11. the MJ lavergne game was a definate upset in my mind and probably the mind of everyone else. mj got it done without josh helton for most of the 2nd half due horrid officiating. congrats to the golden bears.
  12. i'm from mj and ran a meet out at lebanon last year i came in 2nd in the 100m and thank God i didn't have to run any distance stuff against those guys b/c they're REAL good and will be REAL tough to beat.
  13. matt shao from mt. juliet is a strong sophomore pitcher that really should help the bears
  14. unfortunately the WC Wildcats they're once again not going to win a game in 2003 running their all time record to a startling 0-30. i admire the guts for stepping up into 4-5A but the mufreesburo teams.... and everyone else for that matter is going to eat them alive.
  15. i would personally like to give jared HUGE HUGE congratulations. i'm going to western kentucky as well and look forward to watching him play for the mighty hilltoppers. good luck
