How can u say oakland had trouble with glenncliff? they had ther 2nd defensein the whole 2nd half, and glenn cliff's last touchdown came wit a minute left in the game. the 2nd to last touchdown came with like 8 mins left in the game. so befor you give your own opinions, look at the stats, or watch the game, or read up about it. how does oakland have trouble with someone when their tailback rushes for more yards than anyone else in the county, and has 3 td's. he would have had over 200 yards, but got a 48 yd td called back. but your right.....they had trouble with ghs. oh, wait, yep, that was sarcasm. i hope u could sense it cuz i was layin it on pretty heavily.

HEH, lol, sure. From what i saw, they werent phyical. I saw them scrimmage Oakland, and i saw oakand lay horrible, and still pounded it on them. And dont say that SD stoped themselves. The interception was a good athlete making a good play. Now, the fumble, the running back was just rocked by the linebacker. I just find it hard to believe that SD will a good team. But again, it all depends on the region strength.

Soddy is not a team to be dealt with. I saw them scrimmage and they were not very physical at all. They have a good full back, or tail back, in #35, but he cant hang on to the ball to be reliable. i say at best SD, depending on region strength, will go 5-5 at best.

Hey fellers, oakland opens up this friday at glencliff. what do yall think about this game? will glencliff be able to hang? will oakland be able to hang? who will dominate who??

The RHS DC game was postponed to tomorrow night (SAT) at 7 o'clock.

I am with coach, i dont think that being in he toughest region in the state, they can win enough region games to make the playoffs, t hey might win all non region games, and lebanon(maybe) but that will probably be it.

i might be mistaken, but i highly doubt mj should be in the top 15. i am not trying to take anything away from them, b ut, hey, they were horrible last year. they won what?, 1 game? against a first year cross town school? i just dont think that they can go from horrible, one of the worst in the area, to a top 15 in the stated team. i know when oakland played them, the only reason the score was like 44-27 is because all of oaklands 2nd's and 3'rds played the 2nd half. and i dont even think ralph king played against t hem last year when rhs played them. and i don t think steven britton did either.

Ha, what does it matter if they got spanked? i mean, they were playing warren co.,Come on now, they are horrible. Lets be honest,warren co is horrible, and if they looked good against them, heh, ........ thats all i have to say about that.

Have any of you people watched Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Dalls Cowboys? If u havent, its a great show on hbo that follows the cowboys during their training camp this year. It airs every wednesday at 10cst. Any way, my point is, they have a wide receiver who was timed electronicly at the NFL combine, Randall Williams, who ran a 4.04 40. He is 2'3, 220lbs. But, every thing else is irrevelent except that he ran a 4.04 at combine.

I dont know why all of you ppl are saying that people in H.S are timed faster, then when they get to college it goes down. i know in several cases where h.s athletes go up on 40 time after they run for a scout. as for the ba guys that run 4.2 and average 270, hahahahhahahahah, sure. keep dreaming. No high School athlete runs a 4.2. very few collegiate players do. And to say they average 270 lbs, if they arent signing with the titans next year then its all a bunch of horse hockey.

Oakland and Soddy Daisy scrimmaged at sewanee today. Oakand won the 1st on 1st 21-7, but S.D kept their 1st in against oaklands 2nd's, and score twice more. If it had been a real game, oakland would have won 50-7. S.D was not physical at all. However, they have a good athlete in their fullback number 35.

i know for a fact the score was 35-19. that was the final score. it was reported in the paper, and the coaches and players were talking about it. i do know that mba was winning against the firsts for a while.but then rhs came back. 2nds also scored on mba's 2nds.

Does anybody know about any 5a scrimmages?? Here are the ones i know about. Oakland had scrimmages thursday and friday. I beleive they won. i saw them. It is just hard to tell because it was a three way scrmmage both days. They scored the most on thursday against reak havok McGavok and CPA. McGavok had a score against OHS, But if it had been a game, they would have gotten killed. They have no Defense. Also, they did that with out their starting runningback, whom was out with b/c of a Dr.'s apt. Friday they flat out won, i can say with good belief. They played Pearl Cohn and Father Ryan. Oakland scored the most, and was with out a shadow of doubt the more physical team. PCHS and FRHS were intimidated. You could tell. Also, RHS Beat MBA 35-19
