Yeah we have our tailback coming back this year (Greg Way) who should come out with a good season this year as our other tailback Joe Kemple. Our recievers however, are Trae Helton, Steven Hawkins, Derak bell, Brad Stockton, and Seth O'Hara, but of course we will have Austin back. Be ready for a great Greenback team coming up this year, Spring practice starts Monday for us. JCole23

There really shouldn't be any speculation as far as Coach Satterfield leaving Greenback is concerned. We, the players haven't heard anything, and being the man that Coach Satterfield is, we would be the tops on his list to tell first, not a few people on a CoachT messageboard.

Thank you everyone down here at Greenback Appreciates the respect, And yeah Coach Kilpatrick still coaches here, but I am not sure about us opening up with Pegion Forge, we scheduled the same teams but we have Gatlinburg Pittman and South Pitt added to our schedule, so they might have replaced Pegion Forge with one of them. -JCole

By pushing up with your arms takes some of the weight away from what you are squating meaning you are just cheating yourself, I hope that if you do this that you enjoy cheating yourself-or just making your numbers look high on squat by using the two main body components(Legs AND Arms) when you should only use your legs.
