Macon County going to the Semi-finals and getting put out by the 3a state champions......... and still not getting scored on as much as the runners up.

WELL I WILL SEE ALL OF YOU WHO ARE ATTENDING THE GAME IN LAFAYETTE TONIGHT, I AM GOING BACK TO GET BREAKFAST NOW, I NEED TO GET AT LEAST AN HOUR OR TWO OF SLEEP BEFORE I COME UP THERE, GOOD LUCK TO THE BEST TEAM, IT IS GOING TO BE THE GAME TO WATCH.

that was what i was trying to get at, how can i forget in only a year what gameday is like, i still get the tingle.

well the boys on both sides of the ball are going through there daily drag of setting through class at either high school, jumpy and figity as can be, just waiting for the bell to ring to go to the fieldhouse and begin preparing for the game, the school is probly keying up with a peprally in a few hours, then the qb club will feed the boys the nice food they feed them, then off to dress and head to the field, i am going to be there early, i am leaving the boro' by noon to make it to lafayette on this big day. tigers take it from the opening kickoff.

11 hours 8 minutes till kickoff, i'll be leaving the big boro' in four go tigers hit somebody, it is going to be a great night for football

KITTY KAT Hudson is going to play. No extra bleachers are going to be set up so you better get there early. It would be nice if they roped off Meador Dr. and let people stand in that area. The field looks good and is in as good conditon as can be excepted. Are you sure about the bleachers. someone told me they saw them setting up extra bleachers Sorry Folks I was wrong (Man, I hate that) The bleachers are going to be put up tomorrow. I had talked to Coach Fitz Wednesday and he said that they were not going to put up the bleachers, but talked to him again a few minutes ago and he said it was a go. So there you go! hey big b, the bleachers going beside the home stands?, and is this ross's dad?

i wasn't trying to downplay the stregnth of portland, all i was saying was upsets happen, i have a lot of respect for the portland football program, not much respect for some of the players, but those are the ones who were stirring up a big controversy earlier in the year. all i was saying, is good technique and a lot of heart are all that really matters in this game, and the team who wants it more, and gives everything they have, usually pulls off the win. by the way, good luck to mc and sc, and all the region 4 players next year, have a good season and play hard.

I know this is going to be the hottest game in the state this weekend, whatever happens, it's going to be a close and exciting game, i wish i could make it, but i have home ties to watch, so good luck to both teams

the best team will win, but macon has the entire jungle pulling for them, it is the 12 player on the field, and the squawking night chickens are not ready for it, last time was nothing, and remember, upsets do happen, look at what caused p-town to advance past 1st round anyway, they beat a #1 seed, so don't county out the tigers or even the owls yet.... all i can say is it is going to be the best game of the year in region 4, don't catch yourself missing out on this one, i sure won't.

you just remember, the jackets will be in the jungle next year. just a thought to keep in mind, expecially since we drained the creekbank!

if hudson and dallas are both healthy for friday night's big game, than smith county had better watch out, because the tigers will run all over them, they havn't seen a running back for macon in the past years as fast as dallas, and he has gained a lot of expeirence and confidence in the last few weeks, he was on fire last week.

hey man, i will find out if we put on a summer camp next time i go over to the weightroom, the team is leaving for arkansas, and me being a redshirt, i get some time off from football for the first time this year, but i should have it posted soon, i will see what i can get, but i am pretty sure we put on some kind of camp, i remember seeing something about it. what kind of camp are you looking for?

well, well, well, with all the talking going on here, i cannot wait to get to the game friday night, it is going to be a royal barn burner, but anyways..... with some of the fans from carthage, peee land and hartsville talking the way they are, i am feeling a little bad that i will probly have to enter the game through the visitor's side gate, considering that is where my ticket is usually left by my family so i can get it.... but i will be walking throught there as usual, wearing my blue and white, i may even were my mtsu shirt i don't know yet.... but please don't mugg me on my way over to the home side, because i know that it wouldn't be a fair fight..... lol' i can't wait to see this game... bring your fans on to town, we will be loud and rowdy as usual go tigers, hit somebody

the team from last year was good, we just had problems on offense and when our offense shut down, our defense couldn't handle the load of the whole game..... so don't be playing down last years macon county team, oh yeah, and the little fact of every year i was in it, we were almost always playing against the referees.
