Sweetwater is a 2AA school that has three state championships, 3 semi-final appearances and numerous quarterfinal appearances in the past 30 years. We are located in Monroe Co. whose payscale has risen dramatically in the past 5 years. The position will depend upon experience and the pay will depend upon your number of years teaching. The supplement for an assistant coach is somewhere around 2,750 for a football assistant and about the same for any other sport that you might coach. Our starting pay is around 30,000 per year.
