  1. David Sweetland is the new OC at AC...........He will be greatly missed here at Lenoir City............I wish him the best
  2. Pageman thank you very much for the service you are providing.....We in Lenoir City very much appreciate it since it is difficult to get the feed from the internet....again THANK YOU
  3. Mitchell Thomas is an excellent player. I think the key for CAK to beating Lenoir City is stopping him. With his speed, it'll be extremely hard. Good luck to Lenoir City! Not to mention, Mitch's girlfriend is beautiful!!
  4. Citing Family reasons Lynn Gray met with the team this morning to announce his retirement from coaching at Lenoir City High school.
  5. Why would CCHSJETS care if Claiborne County lost. It is obvious he or she is a Cumberland County Jets fan and not a Claiborne County Bulldog fan.
  6. We are pretty stunned to have this opening at this time of the year. My guess is the Asst. will be named Interim Head Coach. This is not a good time of the year to be looking for a head coach with school starting tomorrow for us. I know they will talk to all applicants. It will be interesting.
  7. You are not only warm but very HOT.
  8. I hope it is official soon because his resignation has been accepted here and all goodbyes have been said. He is very excited to be going that way.
  9. It has just been announced in our faculty meeting that our Head Basketball Coach was leaving to go to Carter and we are just down the road from Knoxville. I do not want to say who he is I will leave that to splainshornet. (Orange and Black)
  10. L.C. has not ran the wing T in quite some time. Coach White has been the O.C. for the last 3 years and it has never been a part of his playbook.
  11. Nick White was named Head Coach at Lenoir City today.
  12. Lenoir City is currently taking applications and it is too early to tell who the candidates will be. Lenoir City is a fast growing town that is becoming an extension of Knoxville. Close to 1100 students were enrolled this year and with an expected class of 450 9th graders next year the Attendance supervisor will have a rough time keeping L.C. in 3a. The football team is a hard working bunch of kids that have seen its share of ups and downs. L.C. needs stability.
  13. The job will be advertised and the administration will move fairly quickly to hire a new coach. I am not sure of the interest for the position from within.
  14. Elberton County High School
  15. David Wagner of Lenoir City High School has resigned his position as Head Football Coach to accept a position in Georgia. It looks like Tennessee has lost another fine coach to our lucrative friends to the south.
