Didnt finish his career with a 3rd state title but what a way to finish it! First Mr Basketball winner in Knoxville(along with the kid from Webb this year), multiple district MVPs, 2 state titles, state tournament MVP, sophomore of the year, Fulton all time leading scorer with 2400 career points(2nd person has around 1600pts)....yep im pretty sure Coach Wright will retire his #..especially after he said he's the best player to come through Knoxville in 25yrs

Bearden is a very talented YOUNG team with only 2 loses, 1 to Fulton(who made the tourney in AA) and the other to Knox West(the team who gave Fulton their only 2 loses til the tourney)....while i have seen Bearden play a few times this year and hearing about Melrose I just dont think Bearden has it talent wise to keep up with Melrose. Bearden only has 1 senior on thier team and they've made it this far!!! But I have to go with Melrose in this one...but hey its tourney time anything can happen! I hope Bearden is the Ohio University of high school basketball tonight lol BRING 1 GOLD BACK TO KNOX!!!

Listened to it on the radio b/c i had to work but it sounded like it was a bad game for both sides...FHS not hitting 1 single 3 pointer is mind blowing!!! But congrats to Bolivar! Excellent coaching strategy holding the ball for 2 whole minutes at the end. I thought Jody should have pressured them into their offense but he got the same scenario as if he did pressure them...1 possession game, although he would have had 2 more minutes to work with.....well i hope Jalen wins Mr. Basketball and figures this Auburn situation out

James Gallman ran the offense well. He was the ball handler, something Steele had problems with in that game. No James Gallman this year which will result in Steele having to handle the ball more. no Robert Boyd (a Lipscomb signee) will be handling the ball most of the time.. and Steele has greatly improved his ball handling skills since last year.. good players only get better! Dont go by what you have seen in the past! Go Falcons!!!

this MIGHT be the best game of the tourney...i wish they would televise it b/c i cant get to it b/c of work...is there a radio website that broadcasts these games??

Hahaha TSSAA gotta be joking. The 2 best teams in AA playing each other in the 1st round?! Lol that is horrible...but i guess they want the tourney to be interesting, who knows... What are you alls opinions on this?

Carter is in the tournament and they have 1 of 3 finalist for Mr. Basketball in AA.. Fulton has beat them 4 times this year, and 24 STRAIGHT times.. I am sure Bolivar and Liberty are good as well as every other team that made it. But saying Maplewood is the best team NOT from west TN is blasphemy! Fulton has been ranked #1 all year but 1 week when they got both of their loses in the same week! So look out for those Falcons to 3Peat!! GO FALCONS

Unicoi Co district has to be the weakest in TN...how do u only score 30pts and lose by 42 in tha substate?!..if they were actually good then Fulton will easily run thru the tourney next week...
