All you guys talking about Kenny evidently haven't had the opportunity to watch him wrestle this year. I understand your statements regaurding the previous years and if I hadn't seen him wrestle this year at practice and taped all of his matches this season I would say the same thing. Based on those two seasons dentdoc has stated exactly what I would have thought. Kenny has improved every year, but this season he has changed his whole mind set. He started the season with a maturity and confidence level rarely seen in a high school kid. As far as the Cambell kid goes, he was a great Champion. Kenny's only loses last year was to him and another great Champion Mike Marable! Names metioned every time we discuss good wrestlers from the past. I bet both of those young men would tell you he was no push over and they were nervous everytime they stepped on the mat with him! Kenny has greatly improved this year and anyone who has had the privilege to see him wrestle at the tournaments this year knows this. Especially at the Brentwood tourney where he put on a clinic in the championship match against the guy that beat the same guys that are supposed to give Kenny a run for his money. Yes, anyone can get beat at any given time (ie. Whit Dunning most recently, another GREAT Tn. wrestler). But, if Kenny avoids any mistakes I personally don't think anyone at any weight in Tn. can beat him this year. Good luck Kenny, make them all believe! You're biggest fan! Slim589 thumb
