  1. Can’t argue with the success of the coaches that have moved over from Pickett County.
  2. I’ll just use the statistics that came out on February 7th 2024 GITNUX MARKETDATA REPORT 2024 Home » Market Data » Crime And Safety Statistics Report: Memphis Crime Rate Ranking Statistics Last Updated: February 7, 2024 Written & Summarized by: Jannik Lindner Highlights: Memphis Crime Rate Ranking Statistics Memphis ranks as one of the most dangerous cities in America. For you I’m sure it’s very safe but for the majority not so much. I love Memphis spent many a nite down on Beale Street! Nashville ain’t got nothin on those bands down there. Fact! Bbq is the best hands down. Sometimes I think my posts come off like I’m biased or bitter towards something or someone and that’s really not the case.
  3. Cookeville/Tenn Tech is centrally located with a great venue and a safe place to bring the family. However I do see your point about rotating venues.
  4. No offense, but Memphis is not a safe place to walk down the sidewalk let alone host a state tournament over 3 days.
  5. Because it needs to be centrally located. Otherwise have it in Bristol then the west teams can travel 6 hours instead of 3. Makes just as much sense as what you said.
  6. If Insell didn’t have the recruiting machine back in the 80’s, 90’s and early 00’s I wonder how many state titles White County would’ve had?
  7. I’ll take the field against Dyersburg. What you want to put on it?
  8. Upperman will be back next year and will be better. Where Fultons best players were seniors, Upperman’s best two players were a freshman and a sophomore. So the future is bright for them for sure.
  9. Fulton was on a business trip. One goal and mission accomplished. This organization is a class act from the coaches down to the players on the floor. Love to see this kind of professionalism and humbleness.
  10. Looks like Alcoa has some good basketball players as well. I stand corrected!
  11. Would pay to see Fulton vs Douglass
  12. My mistake on the State title in football it was their region title I believe they had to vacate. Bottom line is this school is mirroring the old Temple school in so many ways when it comes to boys basketball. Now how they started out or when is of no concern. How they ended and what they were doing when it ended is very similar to how this school is starting out. There ARE similarities between the two. Temple didn’t all of a sudden get good at basketball in the early to mid 2000’s by doing what they had been in the 80’s and 90’s. And you’re correct ALL private schools recruited and still do. My point in all this is this school is playing in Div 1’s lowest classification while doing what private schools do and that sir is against the rules.
  13. Fulton just too good and too experienced for this young Upperman squad. The two best teams will meet for the championship tomorrow in AAA.
  14. Douglass Douglass Douglass Just sayin…
  15. The Upper Cumberland is bringing home more hardware this year than any other area of the state.
  16. Show me where I asked anybody to come and play with him. I’ve got nothing to do with the program I just have stepdaughters that go there. I made an observation, so get your story straight.
  17. I love the style of offense that they play. Fun to watch.
  18. They won’t “let” it happen. Cookeville will take it if they win.
  19. How so? Name one player on Upperman’s team that didn’t go to school at UMS.
  20. Upperman is an up and coming program. Fulton is the standard bearer for this classification. Should be a dandy. I’ll take Upperman by 5
