willyc, did you use to play point guard for Watertown?

How fair is it to those single A schools when a Double A school comes into their tournament as the eighth seed and knocks the number one seed out? If they are any good, that district should be pretty interesting to see who finishes number one regular season.

That was their projected enrollment. The actual count was 530 at the end of August. The school has grown larger than they anticipated. However, TSSAA says they are not going to change this year. How fair is that?

Can someone tell me why they are not competing at the AA level this year? I heard their enrollment is almost 600, and they are playing in single A this year. What is up with that? Yes, Coach Spivey will do a good job with their program.

sportsguy.. I agree with you that the larger schools have no trouble competing with the private schools. That being said, I believe the best scenario is to leave the private schools with the public and have the private schools play at the highest level in each sport. What do you think?
