How am I turning on my own? I'm just pionting out the truth. They're playing awful right now, (if you can even call it playing) and I've told them that. They aren't playing with heart; they're just out there going through the motions. They are playing like they don't care anymore. They just want it to be over... If you think all is well and they're a great team, you're an idiot.

Put Wartburg, Harriman and Cosby in the maybes. Take Oliver Springs out and take Unaka way out... Distict one will most likely send two teams.

Top Bracket District X 1st vs. District Y 4th District Y 2nd vs. Distrtict X 3rd Bottom Bracket District Y 1st vs. District X 4th District X 2nd vs. District Y 3rd Its set up to where (if the higher seed wins the first game) that X's #1 will play Y's #2, and Y's #1 will play X's #2

Do you honestly believe that when you can't even win the weakest district in the entire state out-right??? I mean come on. You lost to Washburn.

Maybe cause West Greene and their conferance is AA and the awful I-MAC and the Big Weak are AAA genious.

Smith stays at Cloudland, Shelton stays at North Greene, McLain stays probably stays cause of the powers that be (a,k,a, Daddy), even if Hampton community dosen't want him... As far as I know, Snavely stays put, and the rumors we've heard about Gordon are just what they are: Rumors.... Although, if Snavely does step down (which I don't believe he's going to) and Gordon leaves UH, I'd love to see Coach Gordon at Unaka... But that won't happen.

Hmm... 1, 3, 4, and 7..... Region semis will probably be Wartburg, and the top 3 from District 3. So probably Cosby, Grace and Rockwood.

Does anyone know how Knoxville Christian did against Greenback and Midway? If they sweep both of them, they have 5th spot for sure, and with that win over Harriman, they might have an outside chance at 4th. Who knows... P.S.: CoachT, would you please create a sub-domain for this school. With a lucky win or two they could make a serious impact on during the tournaments, and other teams would probably like to know what all they have done. Thanks.

Actualy, only the winner of region 1 vs. Region 2 Runner-Up will play a District 14 team. The other sub-state winner will play region 6 winner vs. Region 5 runner-up... MUCH easier game.

Washburn dosen't even have 190... Are they planing to shut Washburn down??? Even if they don't, I forsee them closing it in a few years since they are pouring all that money into a new school. Thats a shame... Those small schools have so much community pride. But then again, so does Rutledge... Why not just call the new school Rutledge High School??? I don't see the new school having much more than 1000 kids... Those of you wondering about the colors, just lok at some pictures of Ridgeway's team. They are Navy and Orange... As for hements, you could do just like Auburn, exept have a G C insted of the U A.... What would really look the best is if they used Navy as the dominate color, and the orange and white to supplament it... Navey helment with a white facemask, and two orange stripes starting up front and tapering off as they go back.

With the win over Harriman, looks like Grace has pretty much sealed up that top seed for districts, which means a trip to the regionals.

For what its worth, I think I've seen a girls basketball trophy for something in Unaka's trophy case from 1929 I think. I'd have to check on that though...
