Tamera Peterson from LCHS went to state as a FRESHMAN and ran a bad time and still came in 4th...

I run track for williams and he is a good coach... hamilton will be decent his frosh year if he works... dont know him well enough yet but i sense a bit of cockiness... hes got plenty potential though

i run w/rhodus everyday at lchs, and hes real good... hasnt had competition but ive seen him run 49 and beat the comp. by a stretch, too bad nobodys pushin him yet.... yea the 4x400 isnt bad either im on there, 1st leg....

Yea in Lenoir City we could tell u all about the 4x4 or the 400m dash
