  1. Newman moved after her 8th grade year to Shelbyville.
  2. Coach T why isn't there any pictures of Columbia/Craigmont?
  3. Columbia knows they have 15 losses coming into this tournament and guess what they continued playing against all odds. And at this point and time the girls are just going out playing with heart. Everyone was saying they couldn't or shouldn't have made it this far, but it just proves that with a little determination and belief in themselves, they can do just about anything. No one is expecting them to bring home the gold ball, it is a joy to have watch them make it this far. Despite their record. Is Craigmont supposingly the team to watch out for????
  4. At this point it really doesn't matter, all they need to concentrate on now is Craigmont.
  5. 85 warrior is your team even in it. We don't need someone of your small status to be behind Columbia.
  6. Hey 4 mustangs thanks for the support of the Columbia team. Columbia girls keep shocking everyone!!!!! Go Columbia
  7. wneely i can't wait until someone makes a weiner out of you. and why all the question about southside, do you not have trust in the old mighty Giles cty team
  8. lets see to come to a complete listing at who the true top players are, I think we ought to list the players that were select to the all region tournament team. ONly then would you have an accurate idea at who are the top players, instead of everyone bias opinion. So start listing those players pick for the all region tournament teams
  9. I agree with you bearland. Racheal has the girls talking and playing with one another, it really good to see her come in and turn the program around, she was determined to prove to everyone that she did not have to wait to next year to have a good team, she was going to work with the team that she had this year. And to have only one player graduating, Columbia should have a awesome season next year. Good luck tonight.
  10. I have been away for a while and havent kept up, but I am happy for Columbia, it seems as if they are surprizing a lot of people!!! Keep up the good work and Ross, Moore and Bullock, you have got to keep scoring. Smith and Pillow, you peak at the right time. Good luck Wednesday!!!!!!
  11. Come on that was about the worst case of officiating that I have seen all year.
  12. Page man, I think you may be thinking about not depending on the inside scoring, it seems to me that the Page team has an "I" in it, especially if you listen to the obnoxious mother of Nicole. The way she down the players on Page team, it's a wonder if they play well at all. She is constantly screaming at the players to give the ball to Nicole then if they don't she has nothing nice to say about them. I heard some parents trying to explained it to her last night that the difference in Columbia and Page was that Columbia had 5 players on the floor, whereas in her mind Page only had 1.
  13. Who are some of the top players in each district? leading rebounders? best 3 point shooter? best assist? I want district, not overall. We have 16 districts and 8 regions and I would like to see the top 10 in each district.
  14. I watch a girl play this summer, with the Tennessee Lady Tigers and was impressed with her abilities on the floor and her name is DeAndra Bullock, right along with Janay Armstrong, whom I have heard transfered to Columbia Central. These two on Central team will be a big help with the program under their new coach.
