Fully Funding......
that comment alone makes it easy for someone to say no to your question. Highly funded, probably closer to the mark.
It is great to hear that you hate the people in Cleveland.
I always find this kind of complaining about "recruiting" to be puzzling. Why does anyone care about where some kid chooses to attend high school? If the kid was going to win state at DB, then will he not still win it a Cleveland HS? Oh wait, the previous school should own the rights to that kids secondary school record and services.
Also, making a person sit out means what? I question the reason behind such a rule. It can only really be looked at as punitive actions against a teen age person.
Glad you came on here and your first 5 posts ever are to bash the kids club and Bradley wrestling program. You may be right in what you see, but what axe are you grinding?
I do not know, but maybe that Florida trip took the place of going to Nashville. Teams do have to make decisions on where to put their resources and days they can wrestle.
I am with you.
I would like to hear of anybody that has heard the Baylor coaches say, describe or explain any reason for not putting Cleveland on the schedule and it be a dodge type discussion.
Well.....when you say nobody, that is a lot of people you are speaking for.
The issue is that others that are not on the Cleveland sidelines appear to be saying that the money, facilities and what ever else can be applied to their argument IS the reason for the success. No wonder that the coaches (as you claim) are defending the efforts that these young people put in to this sport.
I do not believe that "they" say it is "solely" because of the "outwork" ethic they may or may not have. I just think that others are looking for something to be a "victim of", like that rich guy that matches funds raised by the team or the wrestling club, which he also does for the other schools in Bradley county. I would think that many areas of Tennessee are better off for seeing the model they have built and started kids clubs and are building the models of this success that are possible for their situations.
Just my view on what I read on here.
I agree with all of this. Good post.
I would say that those people who discount the Cleveland success because that have facilities, money support, fan support , etc., overlooks that those wrestlers are still putting in the required work to be the best they can be. The same work that the Halls wrestlers or any others are putting in to be the best they can be.
I agree, this is pretty good comedy. I am laughing at all this messy, dirty laundry being washed and hung up on the bulletin board. Keep it going Maryville Fans!
ummm, i made the post, so yeah, says me.
What I saw was a bunch of the MHS fans saying that the BCHS fan base could not talk since they "had not been there before" and things to that nature. Based on the outcome of last nights contest, I made my post. But not until the contest was complete, since that was the point those fans seem to be making.
What is wrong with a new thread, your mouse unable to click on it? just kidding,,,,,,
New kicker gets the extra point.
Where is the Bearden team everyone was talking about?
