I hurt my knee in the South Greene game December 28, so I did not get to play @ Greeneville. I was very happy that we came together as a team and won this game. I think that it really boosted our confidence. I was very happy to get off my crutches. After 3 and a half weeks I was getting tired of them. I still have a couple months of therapy to go though... krichunaka, you obviously dont know who my basketball coach was in 6th grade. I was a Hunter Lady Tiger and sportiemom was my coach. In fact, 3 of us on this years Cyclone varsity were on that team. So we have a lil creek in us. Patty was a great coach and is a great friend.

Thanks for all of the well wishes and prayers. The surgery went very well, but I am in a lot of pain. PT starts tommorrow. Dr Aiken says that with alot of hard work I can come back stronger than ever. To my teammates: Thanks for the surprise pizza party last night. I was having a rough day, and that just made everything seem so much better. You all are great teammates and friends. Take it to them tomorrow at Voluneer!

krichunaka: Thanks for the words of encouragement. I appreciate you thinking about me. coachh17: It looks like I wont be playing for a while, which is hard for me to accept. I should know more next week. Whatever it may be, I'll deal with it and come back stronger. That's a promise.

I wouldnt call winning by 3 points in 2 OTs a "butt whipping" or "dominating" I would call that a good game of basketball between two good teams.

Anyone have predictions for this game tomorrow night?

devilfanatic: your name is so appropriate...Mr Fanatic. EHS lost by one to DB after blowing a double digit fourth qtr lead. Redd did not dress (illness) and Baughman got hurt in the first two minutes. Now for score comparisons, Sullivan North beat DB by 4 two weeks ago; last week EHS beat North at North by 22; EHS beat Crockett by 33, yet Crockett just beat Tenn High by 5, which beat EHS earlier by double digits; my point is that point differentials in BB really dont mean squat, unless of course you are a fanatic (nut). BTW, as for EHS schedule, ever heard of Daniel Boone..........no not the frontiersman, the girls BB team; check the AP poll, they are there, undefeated and ranked in AAA.......the cyclones played them a tough game their third game of the season and I think would have a chance to beat them now. As for DB, EHS will get its chance at revenge in a couple weeks. We will see if you analysis holds up that night. Adios Mr Fanatic (Nut).

Also the JV team has beaten Unicoi 5 times since this past June in team camp and summer league games. All of these wins were by double-digit margins.
