I dont know about that. I think they are both VERY good post players. Both are unselfish. But you have to realize that Jemarcus is a sophmore and Chase is a senior. I am not taking anything away from Chase. I know him and we are friends but I have not seen anyone yet to stop Webster when he gets in the post! I have to agree. I dont think that this team is as good as the 97 team. That team was awesome. This years team is a very good team though. I dont want to sound like I am taking away from them. They are very talented. I also dont believe yall will put a beating on us this time. I am a former player and still support the Tigers. I do think it will be a great game. I am coming down to watch it tonight! It will be a battle between the two big men! Cant wait to watch!

Well Willie and OldGuy called it, MP pulls the upset. The Tigers jumped out early like almost scoring the first 20 points before the Wildcats could score. It was an awesome game. Jemarcus Webster is absolutely the best post player in the district. The Tigers played very well. They will definitely have to bring their game Tuesday night at Perry County, the #1 team in the district and the state.

Hey Oldguy who are you b/c I was also on the team when we won the district and I was on the team that went 3-22. Just wondering who you are? I would not mind yall Wayne County boys coming down and playing. I think it would be fun!

MP beat CA,the score was like 72-58. It was a pretty good game. I am not sure who were the leading scorers. MP came out from half and got the crowd pumped by an alley oop dunk from Neylan Roberts to Jemarcus Webster. Like I said before CA lives or dies by the three. It seemed like the shot over 50 three pointers. That is all their offense was. Go down the court and fire up the three, or a lay-up. Good Game Tigers!!

I think the score was around 59-51 Perry County. It was a really good game. PC jumped out to an early 8-0 lead and ended the first quarter 21-9 but the young Tigers lead a comeback with Jemarcus Webster taking over scoring 15 the first half. It stayed close the rest of the way. PC just came out on top. I think Webster ended up with 25. Chase Richardson ended up with 20. I think. Not for sure.

It went into 3 OT's. I imagine it was a great game. Wish I was to witness it.

Well since no one has replied to this thread, I will go ahead and give yall my take on this game. Both teams have very good athletes. Both teams are undefeated in the district. Santa Fe is coming off a close game with Zion through three quarters or something like that and then pulling away in the fourth. Mt. Pleasant is coming off a win at Clifton. Last year, both games between these two teams were very close. The first game at MP, Santa Fe pulled out a win by 5 points. The second game at Santa Fe, MP was like winning by like 20 at the half and then ended up losing the game. I think that Santa Fe has the edge in the low post game even though Jemarcus Webster is playing good for Mt. Pleasant, but Santa Fe has both Joseph Carter and Boo Boo. Jemarcus and Carter will be a good match-up. However I think that MP has the better guards. So in a very close game, I am going to call the upset, MP by 1!

Tomorrow night is a big game in District 12a. Santa Fe and Mt.Pleasant start their rivalry this year. I think it will be a good game. Mt. Pleasant is starting playing together and coming off good games with a win against Collinwood and Clifton. Santa Fe has a lot of good players with Joseph Carter and Boo Boo leading the way. It will be a good game and I surely am not going to miss it. What do yall think about this game?

Mt.Pleasant beat Collinwood 66-49 tonight. It was a good game. Jemarcus Webster had 15 and Dee Webster had somewhere around there. Justin Bryant played pretty good. He hit some big shots early. Jemarcus should have had about 3 dunks, but some people were scared they would get dunked on so they fouled. Ha Ha, naw they just fouled on one or two. MP travels to Clifton Friday. Good Luck Tigers!!
