This is not an example of coach not being a players coach. This kind of stuff happens ALL THE TIME. Kid don't want to play and coaches convince them to stay.

Following.... Can you cite examples of him not being a players coach? Would players really risk losing a year of eligibility?

I would guess coaches on either side would use the distractions at LA as a rallying cry to get their team focused. The departure of the 2 high profile players could be used for the 'next man up' talk, while Baylor will use this as a time to hit them when they are down. Either way, it will should be a competitive game.

McCallie 38 KCHS 7 Mid 4th qtr McCallie had 2 defensive TD's in a 5 min span. Catholic is overmatched, again.

The edge will have to go to the visiting team. McCallie replaced too many pieces from their 2021 championship team. But seem to be getting better each week. Don't count them out at season end.
