  1. It's too late for that because "The funeral is over and all the tears have dried up.".
  2. Why do posters like you feel it necessary to brag so much about other runners? Are you trying to intimidate us? If anyone who reads this and wishes to post finds this bit about Dyersberg runners truely significant or fears varsity team now that we all know they can run 8 miles in and around about 47 minutes and can do 100+ miles/week, then I will delete this post.
  3. yes you are. but nevertheless, i'm callin' you out, kyle, brother of kevin and sean.
  4. past kpatt quotes: "WOW, that had to have been the most insulting post i have ever read. HAHAHA, I just cant believe how funny you are. I have one response to your post, POO." "Impressively humorous. Not!" " Im sure youve heard worse jokes dude. Stop trying to make saywhat feel bad and just talk." QUOTE (fastkid101010 @ May 27 2004 - 11:51 PM) Dont read this if you guys are running tommorow you need to go to bed, we've got the state meet tommorow, fortunately i wont be running until the afternoon so its ok. "By putting that post, you are keeping them awake because they werent sure what you were talking about and wanted to read it. They stayed awake to read you silly little post. Good Job! " " If you noticed, he put a sarcasm sign on the bottom of his post buddy." " FANTACULOUS!" Do you not want to just punch this guy in the face??
  5. Oh, you must mean tidal. Are you suggesting the state of Tenesseee is going to curl up like a tidal wave and drown everyone at the will of the Elizebethan cross country team? I'd have to say they've got a pretty good chance of that happening and perhaps an equal chance of this thread like some others getting locked.
  6. thats a shame I hope that was sarcasm- when I went and watched them play my friend, they were complete jerks to them the whole time. Obviously they arent as good as they think they are, because if they were, they wouldnt have even been in the tournament- theyd be at Rolland-Garros in the French Open right now instead...
  7. Im going to have to go with Walker Valley on this one. Overall, their athletics program has been building steadily for the past few years. Look for them to make some nois not just in softball but in other sports as well in the coming years.
  8. Yes, congratulations to Laura and the rest of the Panthers- who would have thought at the beginning of this season that theyd make it this far. Thats unbelieavble!
  9. That seems kinda weird....Ive known Brandon for a long time and he's extremely injury-prone. Unfortunately, I havent talked to him in a while, or Id let you know why he sat out. I cant believe he had to sit out his second consecutive state decathlon. I also hope hes not hurt badly, but I cant imagine that he'll be able to run a solid 800 if he couldnt do decathlon. The 800 is brutal...
  10. A-AA 1. Sexton 2. Longstreth 3. Howater 4. Whitter 5. Jones AAA 1. Herringshaw 2. Williamson 3. Ivey 4. Hannah 5. Noel D-II 1. Bumbalough 2. Strang 3. Jones 4. Townsend 5. Hultquist Hey the running man, Diaz already graduated and I don't think you know what you are talking about. In AAA, how could you put Noel above the State CC Top 3 Williamson, Herringshaw, and Ivey? Herringshaw or Williamson will win the AAA 3200 no doubt. How could you put Townsend, Press, and Hultquist above Jones? He ran #1 for Webb and beat all three of those guys all year in CC. If you don't know what your talking about, why are you making a thread like this? OK, there are some good picks out there, but Im willing to bet that neither of you know too much about A/AA, because at least 2 of the three different guys you picked out of the Nashville section arent going to even run in the state meet. Probably not even one of them. First of all, how did Pair get on the list? he was 7th in CC this year, and he barely broke 11 last year in track, if he even broke it (Im not sure if he did). Sexton had a spectacular CC season, but then again, he also had a great season 2 CC seasons ago, and yet he followed it up with a 5th place sectional finish- and everyone ahead of him and pair is back (Jones, Ford, Glatten, Cowan, and one more I dont remember). So, Jones is the most likely out of those, but hes not in as good of form as hes going to need to be, he just ran 4:50 in his opener. The Nashville section is going to be rough, and I think you guys are going to be very surprised at who the two guys in state are going to be. As far as champions go, Whittiers my early pick.
