Everyone that's been around knew this year and next year were going to be lean years. Dip in overall talent and kids that were good just not playing anymore. Talent is going to pick back up. That's not to say a transfer or two wouldn't help, but the cupboard will be restocked soon.

Guess I'll listen to Wayne and Metz for this one.

I still can't make heads or tails of what I watched Friday. Everyone associated with the program seemed to be disinterested in the game. Is SH starting the QB who played the first half or the kid who came in after halftime now?

Alcoa came into the game last night thinking they were going to curb stomp Maryville. The fans, players and coaches. And they didn’t have a plan B for what to do when they couldn’t. Derek and co had their boys minds right and a solid game plan. They may not win that game again but last night they were the better team. Period. Brian better find him a bad cop coach soon too. The Rankin is wearing off that team.

There were several comments that the lights were about to go out on the last drive.

It's been comical to hear the coach of that team describe this season, especially that Hardin Valley game.

I am afraid this season is about to go off the side of the mountain.
