Nine schools in Region 5 is ridiculous, travel expenses along with low gate receipts due to the travel will be hard to overcome

On a dry field Creek Wood wins by 3 touchdowns. But the field was a muddy as a pig pen and JSS was able to hold on to the football. Even with 6 turnovers CW had a chance in the end. Springfield wins big in the 2nd round.

Where starters still in the game or was it the 2nd team? Always hate to see the 2nd group not given the chance to run the offense.

A 2A team that has not won a game. Looks like any team that can pass will give CW trouble.

Fact is Creek Wood is in building/rebuilding mode. Only 5th year for varsity football. They did experience some success in 2005 making it to the 2nd round of playoffs losing a close game to Lexington. But that group of seniors had been in the fire early and often, with many starting as sophmores. Also that group was very close, and still is two years after gradution. They certainly had each others back. Great leadership in that group. So far the teams since them are lacking in leadership. I am sure Coach Daniel knows the problem and is working every day to solve. One suggestion GO BACK TO WHAT YOU DO WELL

You dont think anyone would hire a coach to get a player, do you? Also Creek Wood according to the Tennessean MC s coach is saying tonites game will be much smoother than against HC
