  1. Bill I got your message, but for some reason it won't let me pull it up. Do you still have my email address?
  2. Did Bill#49 apply for the position? It may be time for him to step up and try his hand as the head coach.
  3. Who are the names of the legitimate candidates to replace the head coach?
  4. I talked to an established head coach, not from the Sequatchie Valley, who made the comment that you could easily with at Marion County. He's actually applying for the opening. If he's hired it will be a huge boost for the football program.
  5. I had a buddy that was working as one of the officials in that game. If it was the wide receiver on the Howard sideline that was "injured" the official told me the receiver had no idea where he was when he stood up. The question regarding the 5 downs was due to an inadvertent whistle. The team with the ball has the option of either replaying the down from the previous spot or taking the ball for their next play at the spot of the ball when the whistle blew. Since there were 5 downs, it seems to me that Howard elected to replay the down from the previous spot. For what it's worth, the crew for that game had only compliments on the behavior and sportsmanship of both players and coaches. With coaches like both teams have that should have been expected. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  6. Nice job! Congrats from Cleveland! Bill should be proud.
  7. You are correct. The schools have known this for several years prior to it being a requirement. In addition, if the clock has any malfunction the clock is to be turned off with the ECO keeping the clock on a stopwatch on the field.
  8. In the Spring there were many concerns about Coach Swafford, obviously that was before anybody had met him. What's everybody's opinion now? I've known him for a long time and I don't think there's a person on the mountain who wants to see his players win and succeed off the field more than Coach Swafford. Good luck! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  9. Does anybody know of a Tennessee team that has this scheme in their playbooks?
  10. Does the person with the closest guess get a free Coach T Membership? /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> I want to guess 61 threads.
  11. Was Hampton one of the coaches at Cleveland Middle last year?
  12. Did Bill #49 apply for one of the coordinator positions? He'd make a good one there. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />
  13. Congrats to Coach Satterfield on the new position. The Sequoyah players, parents and fan will love your dedication. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />
  14. We worked Unaka's playoff game last season. Estep gave 110% every play. Seemed to be a very classy and polite young man who gives it his all. Good luck!
  15. The "new" decal looks great. I'm glad Coach Boeck has decided to go back to the traditional look.
