Haha. They have 4 asst's btw. Im definitely not one of those parents, i despise those parents as well. I never said he was my coach also. Im saying if the seniors of last year were on this team and this region, they would not have lost a game this year. Trapp has one play that he relies on every game and it is that flood play on either the right or left side. If he cannot get that play to work his offense is shot. The biggest problem for this team is that awful 3-5-3 defense. It didnt work last year examples station camp and white house x2. But the great defensive cordinator he has is really keeping them in games...... dekalb is undersized for this system and does not have the nose guard like they did last year in logan roller. if i remember correctly gb runs the wing t which gives this defense fits. im also surprised you knew that dkalb had other coaches since he never gives anyone else credit

look for gb to win, because dekalbs coach is full of himself. i wouldnt be surprised to see him leave after this year, because poteete will be gone. trapp rode the coat tails of the seniors of last year and poteete

word on the street is dekalb has given up on the season.? who would blame them their coaches do not ave their backs, and blame the players, but is the coaches gameplan that fails. poteete and edwards should step in and say something to their coach and players

i have heard poteete isnt 100%? also last week against la i heard trapp didnt take hunter out of the game near the end? From what i heard the game was a wash at that point, so stop trying to give hunter his stats an protect his health you need him for the playoffs

Well this topic is dead. Im wondering how deklab is going to stop gb. They could not stop many people this year. They are the super-points team of last year either

LA GAME POST FIRST- Well from what i hear, because i wasnt at the game. sound slike they got their butts handed to them. That they just dominated dekalb from the get go. Coach trapp and his great offense again but up a great 14 points whooo. great job for the offensive guru keep that up, and your boys season will be done against greenbriar. and who cares if poteetes ankle is still aggravating him make a game plan around it to win, not to still get him all the stats. it is called a team trapp. and that d cordinator of yours. 35 points..that is all i have to say. lastly from what i heard from some friends from greenbriar that was at the game, was that la ran with three down linemen the whole time. how about run the ball trapp pound it you genius. it is hard to throw on a cover four. and how about you take the blame for the loss for probably making a terrible gameplan , not blaming your players. because if you have a bad game plan this week, cya! Well I would like to commend the tigers on a nice 5-3 start. Coach Trapp is an offensive guru, but who is this defensive coordinator i have been hearing so much about lately, he sure did a great job at the first of the year....Are there other coaches on staff that help? Also, AP(after poteete) will be a lot of fun for coach trapp and gang. 5-3 that against a weak schedule including losses to hixon, smith, warren who turned out to be a big dud. are really solid losses....not. Easily could have been losses to a surprising cannon team, and against york, that could have this tiger team at a nice 3-5 record probably not making the playoffs. But that is ok 20 points to macon co. isnt too bad. Coach Trapp put up a lot of points on york and smith right 39 combined great job offensive genius. I love the adjustments yall make at half-time..wait i have never seen one at a game i have been too. Rumors are some discipline issues on the team, a couple starters miss practice, and still get to start way to set a good example for the freshman.What happened to this is the year we run deep. the tiger team of last year would have ran the table on a weak schedule like this. Trapp misses the boys of last year much more than he thought. First round play off loss this year? In all seriousness congrats to poteete and edwards and being fine players. I hear alot of this stuff i had a son play for smith co i the past and i know what good coaching is all about and have a lot of friends in alexandria in smithville that tell me all about this. great in the paper that all the tigers worry about is total yards and points after a win against an 0-7 team. my grandmother could put up that much. and i always thought d1 talent thought was trapp, but after seeing the posting of stats and articles from wjle, i believe it is john pryor voice of the tigers..

I do not know to tell you the truth, but as a fan of 8aa i would love to see cannon co come out on top. What a good story new coach and all. DeKalb is Lucky, they nearly let the boys slip up on them or else we would not even be having this talk
