I can't remember us having a QB that didn't play both sides of the ball...My second boy played QB and also had like 75 tackles on D...Heck, Luns even put him in on kick return when we played Marion Co in '16...Strange thing was, it was on D that he was injured and had to leave the game in the first qtr! You have to use your athletes on both sides in these small school...This year's QB doesn't play much D due to the fact we needed to keep him healthy for conf play...Our back up is a freshman

Was good to hear that practice this week has been more focused than last week's...Love these boys to death...Have 2 of my own on the field...But I'm not sure which team shows up tomorrow night in the downpour we're expecting. Being in Greeneville won't help a bit either. I hope they understand how much better they could've played last week and the poor effort they displayed...If so, they should come out playing like a TEAM that deserves the #1 spot. We won't be seeing the same type of O & D lines nor the power back we faced last week...Just have to play the game on every down. Youth sometimes find that hard to do week after week...I hope missing practice today due to flooding in Roan Mtn won't aid us in coming out flat...Also hope everyone is safe with all this rain and flooding.

Been hiding in a cabin in RM and just got service. We are young but no excuse for what I witnessed last night. None. Block your assignment, hit the hole, get rid of the ball quick...Its that simple on O. Had opportunities to get downfield. Got to do better. Coffe ran HARD and Our freshman safety had way too many tackles IMO. 91Landers may agree. Youth did rear its head on D a couple times and I can handle that, but lack of effort should never be acceptable. We showed it in the HV, JC, & SN games. Not last night. 91 is also correct, had Sr not pulled back, could've been the worst whipping HHS has taken in some time. SMH
