  2. Alcoa beat us, plain and simple. We didnt play our best game, but its one of those games where they would have to play terrible and we play almost perfect in order to give us a chance to win. Alcoa is the beat team in Tennesse and you have my support, along with some of Betsy. Good Luck Alcoa, you are the real F5
  3. Don't worry about the film study balla3 (sorry about your birth defect...is it hard to find underwear and pants that fit?) The Tornadoes have been studying since Sunday. Good news about the high stepping fun. Alcoa was working on blocking, tackling, special teams, running the football and conditioning today. It is good to hear that E-Town takes Alcoa lightly enough to goof off in practice. As for overnight reservations, we do not need them. Tennessee Tech is less than two hours away. As for our pals at AE; we respect them as we do all potential opponents; however, we are not AE by a longshot. As for the taunting issue refrenced by some posters herein. I have reviewed the film from the AE game and was stunned at the pre-game taunting the E-Town players got away with. Most stunning was the fact that some E-Town coaches were leading the charge! I have heard that the film has been sent to T$$AA for review. If this rumor is true, it will be interesting to see if the spineless T$$AA will do anything about it. Regardless, it is disturbing to see such poor sportsmanship from a high school football team. Did i ever say we havent been working on those? no, i did not. and birth defect? thats cute, last time i heard that i laughed so hard i fell off my dinosaur. Taunting issue? EHS does that before every game and AE ran over to us and started jawin us. we dont taunt. we play the game, and win. bottom line
  4. I once heard this saying, its not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog. I truly beileve coach witten has got the best team in the state. I heard rumor of Alcoa already making reservations for the hotels in state? i really hope this is true because if you look over Betsy, your gonna get bit. ask your pals from Austin-East. Coach W had the team feeling loose today. they had a contest to have the best high-step(from preston running a 90+yrd run). Also heard alcoa hasnt watched film on us? hahaha. Good luck to both teams, have a injury free game guys. E-town 24-Alcoa-17
  5. Just checked the weather forecast, possibility of Rain/Snow, with it changing to snow later in the night. How will this affect the gameplay? Ill be painted up with my boys, no matter, snow, sleet, whatever! bring it on!
  6. Talking to my dad, this is one of the top5 teams Elizabethton has ever had. Preston(#25) is clicking on all cylinders and had a run of of 90 or so yards. idk much about alocoa's defense but if our running game comes to play, then that would open up our passing game(which is under rated). this will be a great game and i hope both teams stay safe. i like Etown in this match up. 31-28 FOOTBALL!! and on a note, #32 on the Elizabethton basketball team should get more playing time, play talent, not politics
  7. Cyclones win #57 #26 #33 #10 #79 #59 #25 #27 #11 #9!!!!! #13 #14 #2 #36 #81 #58 #50 #19 These guys have worked their butts off and wont quit. Cyclones win big. 35-7
  8. Austin-East lost to Catholic who lost to Heritage who lost to Seymour who lost to CAK who barely beat Elizabethton by 1 point. What relevance does this have to do with Friday's Austin-East/Elizabethton game? About the same level of relevance as Austin-East losing to Brainard who lost to Greeneville who lost to Elizabethton. IMO, Austin-East has played better teams than Elizabethton, and Austin-East has beaten better teams than Elizabethton. Tell me what makes Elizabethton so good? Well what makes Elizabethton so good is that they can outscore just about anyone. In their last three games they have put up 138 points and given up 26 points. While in the mean time Austin-East has put up 115 points and given up 28. Both offenses are explosive, but i give the edge to to Cyclones. Their secondary hasn't given up a huge pass play yet this year. If your try to run the ball up the middle, Cody Anderson and Austin Nanney will have somethin to say about that. I dont think Austin East can put up 50 points during this game. So Alcoa, pack your bags, your coming to E-Town Elizabethton-28 Austin-East-14. shout out to my boy seth, YOUR MOM IS A WHORE!
