After all that I just went on about. Let me announce that I am a Whitwell fan so Im def going for Silverdale to upset VAN BUren tonight hahaha. lol OH and look at CSAS WHITWELL AND VB sch. they have all played 9 or more different teams with winning Records while Siverdale played only 2 teams with winning records and one of those teams was CSAS which took 2 of 3. I may be wrong but I dont believe SIlverdale has played team like VB all season.

I wont argue that VB will beat either one of them for fact cause they may not but the game will come down to the final 2 min. bet on that. VB lost @ Jackson COUNTY by only 7 then LOST again to JC @VAN buren by only 5. So it would be a big mistake for JC to think they are gonna go to a packed house @ VAN Buren and beat them by more then they did the two previous times in a regular season game. (plus Hate that this is how it is but we all know if they get a bunch of scared refs. the refs are going to make all the 50\50 calls in the home teams favor which is always a gigantic edge. Always happens am I lieing???) Bottom line Van Buren has a player which is capible of single handley beating any team by herself. If you havent seen her play you need too def check her out. No worries she has 2 more years. Im sure she will prolly play for Clarkrange or JC next year. lol jp kinda. ANYWAYS She can shut down the other teams best PG on the court or she can shut down the Center. She can post up on a center and get and ones all night or step 6 ft behind the three and drain 4 three's in a row. She can not be pressed. She is the best player Ive seen in 3a in a decade. Anyways JC and Clark have great players also dont get me wrong but they always have great players and teams. Im just making sure you understand how good this gal is from VB. Your just not used to 3a team having such a dominate player. This girl would start for any team in the state. THIS is the same girl who three years ago moved up to high school as an 8th grader for the Dist/Region and took @ the Time the worst team in the Region to a district Championship and to a region Championship which without her would have been put first rd. GONNA BE A GREAT SUBSTATE

Prediction/Guess Region semi- Whitwell by 2 over CSAS. Van Buren 20+ over Silverdale. Region Championship- Van Buren by 5 over Whitwell (would be the fourth game between these teams this season so we "would think" Whitwell plays them a lil tougher. . Region Semi- Clarkrange 20+ over Clay County. Jackson county by 8 over Watertown Region Championship- I have no clue who will win this game. Clarkrange by 1 over Jackson County SUB STATE Clarkrange by 15+ over Whitwell. Van Buren by 1 over Jackson County Van Buren and Whitwell are the best two teams in 3a once again. Whitwell played a much tougher schedule this season then years past. Van Buren played an even tougher schedule.

Clarkrange is lucky to leave whitwell with a win. If we are as bad as you say..good luck in in the State tournament.

Hey "devilfanatic" (your screenname says enough about you) but anyways ppl like you make me really mad. Yeah Jackson County/Clark are a big step above whitwell but don't sit here and down grade the other region like we are just the most pathetic teams in the state. Whitwell could hang with a lot of good teams that will make the state tournament. It just happens that we always have to play the toughest darn state sectional games every year. Right or wrong? The eventual State Champion knocked us out last year in Sub state (clay county). They beat us by 17 points but they gave us everything they had to beat us by that much. Whitwell is an experienced bunch... who have played in three straight State sectionals and we will be back in sub state next year also. Our girls work really hard to get as far as we can every season. We know will be heavy underdawgs I don't mind you saying that. Just don't sit here and bash us on every forum you type on... You act like we a "special Ed basketball team. We deserve a lil respect! Our girls def. respect the talent and level of basketball that is recruited at Jackson County and Clarkrange. We aren't scared of Clarkrange. We actually happy we playing Clark and not Jackson. Yeah you might come smack us in the face by 15-20 pts max! Let Clarkrange over look us come play their worst game of the season and see where they sitting next week. You insulted us in three or four forums and are girls will def. Use your words as fuel.

52-47 Whitwell beat Sale Creek. Both teams could have played much better. As a Whitwell fan I'll take the ugly win any day. Whitwell shot 10-28 from the foul line. 28 free throw attempts is an amazing total. However only to make ten of the twenty-eight is killer. Whitwell has struggled at the line all season. They better start knocking them down or it'll cost them some wins. If Whitwell hit some free throws against York they would be 7-0. They lost that game by 5 pts shot 2-8 from the foul line in the fourth missing the front end of one and one a few times. (8-20) = for the game.

We both agree that Sale Creek, Van Buren ,or Whitwell will win this district though. Correct? Ive not seen Van Buren play this season but I saw the 8th grader last season. That girl is really good..does she have any help is the issue. About the refs...yes it is ridiculous how bad some of these guys have gotten. Their ego's are so big they won't even work to improve the way they ref. Example Gary Miller is the type of Ref that thinks this the NBA (he misses and calls so many bad fouls) where if a referee he is working with misses a call which is going to happen...missing calls is part of the sport. Anyways if someone makes a really bad obvious call he will instantly next time down make up a call to even the bad call out. So basically he will turn one bad call into two bad calls. Doesn't take a genius to figure out that is not how High School ball is suppose to be. The NBA yes they are allowed to make up calls to even the game out. Bottom line these refs are costing teams wins but hey I guess they try Idk. Nothing will change them.

Your right "sale creek volleyball" one bad night from Whitwell and Sale Creek is def. Capable of beating them. I'm just trying to stir up the pot..get ppl to talk and it worked because you left a comment. Lol

Whitwell wins this District and Region easy after seeing every team play. They beat Sale Creek by 5 tonight. Even shooting 10-28 from the foul line.

Whitwell struggles to score like always and aren't as good defensively yet as last years team. They have a young young team who will get deeper and better as the season goes. They could be a better team then last year when all said and done but they have work to do. I think they will win this District and region once again. Then comes substate which once again Whitwell will be 20 point underdogs. But hey will see what happens. Long season...I think Sale Creek and Silverdale are Whitwell's only challenge in the District and Region. Sale Creek Whitwell tonight! So we will see what happens...
