I agree with Hunter and would go with C on this one as well. Bama also wants to remain behind the curtain. Now thats a shocker

We played one fall tournament and a couple of games at UT stadium.

Did Bamafan565 disappear when asked to come out from behind the curtain? Funny how that happens on this board.

Here is what i know to be a fact. We have faced one kid that is legit 67 and her name is K.K. Barnhill from Atlanta. We have faced her several times and there is no doubt she throws that hard. She is a 2015 and has offers from Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Stanford, UCLA and many more. She can name the school she wants to attend. If Brianna threw that hard she would be getting the same offers. A sophomore in high school throwing 67 happens about as often as a running back like Herschel Walker. We faced Brianna in school ball this year and while she was throwing hard, i would say 60 or 61 it was certainly not 67. Brianna is a great pitcher and a great kid and will get many college offers and do great when she gets there and she has the potential to throw mid 60's as she gets older and stronger but it is not mid 60's in a game right now. Just my opinion which means absolutely nothing.

ok so this topic is obviously just talk with no facts to back it up. Bama where did you see Jennings get beat up in the fall. I bet you can't even tell me where we played in the fall. I'm Kirk Lewis, the coach. Whats your name Bama? Whether or not she is the best pitcher in the state doesn't matter. I saw this kid pitch back to back shut outs at ASA Nationals against Texas Peppers and California Rebels. Thats 14 innings against great competition not some hour and 15 minute game. We rode her back to ASA runner up and ASA Hall of Fame Championship. No one can touch her resume. Who really cares what goes on in this weak league we call high school softball. Until you do it against quality competition from on a national stage...........who cares. Tell us your name Bama. Oh and for the record Briana Jones from Coffee Co is a great pitcher who has done it on a national stage but she doesn't throw 67, not in a game but she does throw extremely hard. Will be waiting for you to identify yourself BAMA

  7. University of Florida head coach Tim Walton and University of Georgia associate head coach Gerry Glasco have teamed up to offer what will be the best hitting clinic in the country. Two of the best hitting instructors in the college game will be at Fury Academy in Chattanooga on January 12, 2013. Don't miss the opportunity to learn from and hit in front of the best. For more information and to register please go to www.advancedfpskillsclinic.com
  8. Premier Girls Fastpitch or PGF is holding an informational meeting in Chattanooga on Oct. 17. If you have interest in hearing what Premier has to offer as a National, regional, and local event this will be a great opportunity to hear from the President of PGF Dan Hay. For those not aware of Premier, they hold a national tournament every year in Huntington Beach, California where the weather averages a sunny 75 degrees everyday. Premier gives you an alternative to ASA and their National Tournament is second to none. The best west coast teams all play Premier now so if you want to test yourself against the best competition, Premier is the place for that. Even if you aren't interested in traveling to Huntington Beach, Premier will offer local, state, and regional tournaments and championships. All of this will be discussed at the meeting. If you have any interest in hearing what Premier has to offer, give me a call or text and we can discuss and I will give you details for the luncheon. Kirk Lewis Tennessee Fury 423-667-7505
  9. Would be very interesting to ask the coach if he indeed called the umpire before the game. It has been stated that the ump had a kid or two that went to Friendship and that is a huge conflict of interest within itself. Maybe the Friendship coach wants to let us know if he did call the ump before the game. For the record i don't have a kid at either school. Lets set the record straight
  10. Now that is funny Dr. Wood!!!! Everyone wants the perfect scenario for their team but its not gonna happen so just play. Nobody there was going to beat Ms. Nunley with the way she is throwing. We still haven't heard from the mysterious coachkirk, are you out there?
  11. now Richie thats a stretch. Soddy has had a lot of good players but i doubt you can credit those fields for their success. We still haven't heard from coachkirk, come on out of hiding and take credit for your post.................. Richie, for the record the fields are substandard. LOL
  12. It would be interesting to see if the person posing as coachkirk would reveal their name on here. I'm guessing not since they change their name all the time and try to stir up trouble behind the curtain. LOL. Come on would the real coachkirk stand up and take the credit for their posts? Kirk Lewis
  13. For the record i'm not the one posting under coach kirk but i seem to be getting the credit for it. I only post under Fury96 and could care less about the shape of the fields at Soddy. Kirk Lewis
