  1. Chase has done very well this year. For All-Region QB, it will come down to Brasher(Riverside), Lamm(Loretto), and Pickett(Richland).
  2. I just hope all these guys dominate in the playoffs.
  3. The game with Riverside-Camden is over. I wish people would just let it go. Although I didn't agree with the calls, mainly the catch for a first down at the end that was ruled incomplete....forcing us to "attempt" a punt. It's over now and if we are going to be second place in the region, I would much rather be runner-up to Camden than Lewis Co. taking the crown. Let's go Lions!!! Camden-35 Lewis Co-7
  4. The only way to know who is the best is to put them all behind the same line and see what each of them do. It's not completely fair to judge players by strictly stats.
  5. Well 2 of those 3 teams will come out victorious Friday. Looks like LC will be traveling.
  6. Riverside will be the underdogs in this one....I think that might play a part in the outcome.
  7. Riverside beat Waverly 35-20. 2 of the Waverly scores came after a horrible 2 yard punt on the 12 yard line and the other was due to us having penalties. Camden won't make those mistakes. Camden-42 Waverly-7
  8. Riverside has won the past 2 games but both were just by playing well for the second half. To beat Lewis Co we must play well from opening kickoff til the buzzer sounds. If we play to our potential the whole game, Riverside should take this one 35-14
  9. If you remember, last season is OVER.
  10. Browder is pretty quick on his FEET, not "feat". He is a shifty runner. Adamsville won't be as good as they were last year because T.J. and Mitchell are gone. They played big roles in the success last season. This year Browder and Robinson will carry the team.
  11. Here could be a possibility for round 1 of the playoffs between Region 5-2A and Region 6-2A: Region 5-2A Region 6-2A 1Goodpasture 1Camden 2CPA 2Riverside 3DCA 3Lewis Co. 4Fairview 4Loretto Fairview @ Camden DCA @ Riverside Lewis Co. @ CPA Loretto @ Goodpasture I'm not saying this is how it will be but it was just something to think about.
  12. I would just like to say that I meant no disrespect to Huntingdon by my comment. I know that you guys have one of the best programs in the state. Just being in region 6-2A, I feel the need to support our fellow teams against non-region opponents. I understand that you guys have tradition and I know that it will take more than one loss to kill your motivation. Anyway, thanks from the Panthers, and good luck Mustangs in 7-2A.
  13. I agree. A legit 4.6 is a good number for a kid in high school. There is only a handful of kids who actually run under a 4.5. People claim to run 4.4s constantly but the majority of that is a lie. Why do people worry so much about 40s? Just because you're fast doesn't mean you can catch, block, tackle, or most importantly...run well WITH the ball in hand. The 40 yard dash is the most overrated test period. It is not the most important thing. The play on the field is what matters. FYI Jerry Rice was a 4.7 runner, however he holds around 25 NFL records for receiving.
