Yep that's a pretty good group of teams from history. Forrest's record probably was on the lower end with these teams also? History says the Westy program is more solid and you will probably struggle more years than not with them as well. We'll see though maybe Forrest will shock the world!

Seriously, Truth, old Croz is throwing at ya the numbers and such well I'll just lay it out there. Westmoreland is a well coached, disciplined, physical team year in and out. Early next November after the Rockets have finished about 3rd or 4th in the region come back and tell us how tough the Eagles and possibly more of your new region mates are.

Not really. The way the grand old T$$AA has it drawn up Hartsville, Gordonsville, Monterey, Celina, etc now being in Region 5 will more than likely go west in the playoffs. Both Coalfield and Monterey should be proud of the position they are in. They may have mountain to climb in either Union City or Nashville Christian but they should none the less be proud. I think Coalfield pulls this one out. Close but they finally punch their ticket to the big dance!

Not hating Basin, Big Dave. Just supporting a "local" team. Plus if you go back and read some posts, no matter what you may have thought, there were some of the Basin Boys that might have been overlooking the Wildcats. We've, Gordonsville, had a few good games against Basin so let me tell ya there's nothing but respect for the program.

Easy Easy truth you are carrying a knife to a gunfight! Old Croz has forgotten more about football than you'll probably ever want to know and he's honest about his opinions! Secondly, Wesmolan will probably be the favorite in this group most years. They have a good program (ouch that hurt). You'll see come fall and who knows maybe in a couple of years Gordonsville and Trousdale County might request to come up and play with you boy! What do you think, Croz? Gtown and Hartsvegas play with these fellers or should we stay in Class A?

I guarantee you there's a lot of our bunch wondering the same thing! I actually don't live in Gordonsville and have to depend on the radio for games but it sounds like the officiating in Tennessee has gotten as bad it is in New York.

Don't know if they were or not UCM. I do know they got hit the second half and a couple of Tigers that have been out returned tonite but neither were 100% but they played their backsides off.

Didn't see it but listened on radio. Gordonsville came out and showed a lot of heart though from what the radio sounded in the second heart. Just ran outta time!
