Not saying y'all don't have a right to complain about certain players being left off the team but everyone can't make the team.

Strange things that no one predicts can happen in the Glass House over a span of 3 days in March! My bold prediction is this: out of JC, CRange & UC at least 1 will be upset in their 1st round game. Not real reason to think it just think it will happen in my gut.

I didn't forget about 13AA......they are part of Region 7-AA.

In AAA I would let someone take the rest of the field as long as I could take Riverdale and/or Science Hill. I firmly believe the Gold ball will be held by one of those two teams. Even if there is an upset say in the Region Finals by someone like Blackman I’ll still take Riverdale to be there in the end. Science Hill should cruise to Murfreesboro. The only dark horse I would see would be Memphis Central, Nina Davis is that good. This might be the bracket to watch in Murfreesboro. It is wide open in AA in my opinion with no clear cut favorite IMO. Grainger has been rolling this year and is the only team that might be considered a favorite, but with no recent experience in Murfreesboro I wouldn’t consider them a favorite. McMinn Central a team with plenty experience in Murfreesboro and a recent state title would be right there as well. But I believe they are a number of teams that could beat either but with the most of the “number of teams†being concentrated in 2 Regions. I would put the winner of Region 4-AA and the winner of Region 7-AA whomever is left standing in those two brutal Regions could easily make a run to a Gold ball. That’s not to mention the defending state champ CPA or Macon County that has a recent runner-up finish; if either makes it to the Glass House they would be capable. I expect a lot of close ball games in AA. Single A is not as wide open as AA and not as clear cut as AAA. I think I would take 4 teams and let someone else take the field, in no particular order Union City, Jackson County, Summertown and Cosby. I really think the Gold ball is between those 4 teams. Of course, some of those mentioned Cosby/Summertown have to make sure they don’t slip up between now and getting to Murfreesboro.
