  1. Which proves my point that Hackett's defense is better than Sissom's. As you said, Sissom only went to the free throw line on a Technical which proves the efficiency of Hackett's defense. I agree that both are great players.
  2. Can't wait for this district tournament.
  3. In tonight's matchup, Hackett dominated the game in all aspects. Hackett ends up with 28 points to Sissom's 22. Not only did she lead in points but had 8 assists and 10 rebounds. She guarded Sissom most of the night while Sissom guarded Hackett a minimal amount. With 1,000 points as a sophomore, look for big things from her. She's my MVP.
  4. After watching the Hackett/Sissom matchup at Cannon County tonight, I truly believe that Callie Hackett deserves MVP. Not only can she score at will, she also guards the best player on the opposing team. She is the real deal.
  5. I would like to help you but I wouldn't want to deprive you of getting in your car, driving to the place, getting out of your car, enjoying whatever your going to do, getting back in your car, driving home and thinking about your observations.
  6. Thanks for that information. It just amazes me how much of an expert you are of every sport in every town. We can't all be as smart as you.
  7. How do you know so much about everything? Could you share some of that wisdom with the rest of us ignorant folks?
  8. It must suck to hang on to all that bitterness towards a football program that has dominated LA. Typical Livingston fan.
  9. Actually I think it was the other 13 Coach Maynord victories that have them the idea. A blind squirrel finds a nut every once in awhile.
  10. SC has had fireworks for 16+ years. A local guy has made them for sometime now. Imitation is highest form of flattery.
  11. Train horns? Fireworks? This game isn't played in Carthage is it?
  12. Glad to see the Owls win a game that no one thought they would. Keep doubting the Owls. They will keep surprising people.
  13. Losing to LA put a sore taste in SC's mouth that they don't want to taste again. This will be a hard fought game with SC on top.
  14. First of all, I hear that McCoin and Hayes are the only two that gets to touch the ball. So why would you need to focus on anyone else? McCoin got hit hard during the game last year and had to leave the game never to return. A two man offense might work against Stone Memorial but you better bring more than that when you enter "The Hole".
  15. Correct me if I'm wrong but Zac Carter was named to the preseason all-state team for his position on the offensive line. Zac along with Jalen Manning was named to the preseason all state team for running back. Keep in mind this is the same classification as teams such as CPA, CAK, Alcoa, and Milan. I didn't see Linder's name on any of the preseason all state teams.
