Yes I was at the game Friday.... I agree Lebanon did shoot better than MJ.... I just would like to see them use Brown and Pruitt down low a little better.. Maybe a high post low post rather then the high post screen and step out... Mj was out rebounded as well... it is Dec.... long way to go.....

MJ is the best team in the state for making substitutions.... Allen is a joke... never won a district.... runs an offense similiar to a girls team... skip pass, skip pass shoot... no screening, no moving without the ball, no post up work... unfair to the players to have a sub-par coach.

MP has the Bears clicking once again... 4-0 in last tourney beating farragut and bearden. 6-0 in the district. Huge potential down the stretch.

MJ is starting to come around.... still young... so anything can happen... if they play to potential they will win the district.... next year and the year after they will be very good.

I have seen Riverdale not impressive, looks like a down year. The other schools mentioned are contenders. Collierville is also improved. 1. Farragut 2. Siegel 3. Hardin Valley 4. Houston 5 Sevier Co. 6. Collierville 7. Ravenwood

Hillsboro is likely better than they were at the beginning as well. Unless injuries and or grades have gotten a few.

Troy Allen did do a better job than I though the would... COY on .500 record... the team did get better as the season went along.... They are young, maybe a better year next year. I am guessing the Memphis area is the hot bed for this state?

For the love of GOD, I never said that I hated TA.......Again you coaches seem to have a time with embelishment. If you read the posts I only reference job performance. Nothing personal..... I completely disagree with how he manages his talent, no other coach to my knowledge at MJ imposes rules that basically takes the player off the team.... and the bullying tactics that I have personal knowledge of... If you would like the details I am willing to tell you. Who knows maybe you will agree with me.

It seems that you have been mis-informed or maybe your source felt it none of your business. There is no way that you could know the details of what lead to my opinion of TA . You talk as if you have first hand knowledge of events that unless you are one of the parties involved you are getting second hand. But yet you talk as if you are the "all knowing". My opinions are based on the behaivor , comments and actions that I have first hand knowledge of... Never said I spoke to anyone at Stumpy Lane. But would not hesitate if I felt I needed to. You have gone to great lengths with hints and innuendo to expose my idenity, Dropping coaches names, telling me to tell them "hello" is this your method of informing me that you know these individuals ? Is that your futile attempt to threaten me in some fashion? You have personally attacked me and my sons and we have done nothing to you we dont even know you. So you see right or wrong good or bad, whether you agree with me or not I gave you the opportunity to contact me, and you refused. Big Chief, I would agree with you, I will not deminish the current win streak. I would agree with you that this team started out slow, injuries occur on any team. And obviously they are playing some of there best basketball as of late. Do you feel it's nessasary to take the discussion in this direction and include aspects of my personal family life? I would most definately agree with you. MJ is playing very well.

So in your opinion, was the stumble out of the gate due to the coaching or the playing? Obviously the play has improved over the past few weeks , and the team is heading in a better direction. I would not however call a 11-12 record anything too earth shattering, especially in this district. But I will say that their current run shows they are much improved. Maybe due to their age they needed some maturing that they got during the first part of the season. Always better to finish strong. Bigchief, I will stand by my statements, opinions and comments about Troy Allen. I do not know if you have first hand knowledge of Mr. Allen's methods and how he conducts himself in front of student/athletes but I do and I am well within my rights to express those views to you, the adminstration or anyone else . As far as the name calling, I'm a big boy, I can handle it, and I encourage you to come and find me as I am not hard to find, and we can discuss in detail. And yes you are correct, it's almost radar gun time.
