MBA football is basically the Vandy of this region at this point. Respect the tradition, but it's going to be an uphill battle for Coach Chauvin. Good paycheck though, but lot of workload.

CPW is about winning, getting the best players and bulldozing others. Sounds like there is some jilted lover syndrome here. It's a whole new ballgame in Tennessee, and you better have dudes that can compete. People spend their money however they choose, but if you want to play with the big dogs, you have to go get talent. Otherwise you are wasting everyone's time. JMO, I expect BA to be extremely competitive this year.

Sounds to me it's about WINNING, and getting the son recruited. Not sure what the issue is here. On the QB, what's wrong with a passionate QB dad who wants the best available options? This is the new landscape. It is what it is.

Just hope Coach Brothers doesnt coach his way out of another gold ball. Surely with a top 5 player in the country he can close this deal. There is no place like Hermitage. The car wash, the Thorntons, but a solid steakhouse. Think the homeless camps are getting cleaned up there by O’Charleys. Holidays bring meetups at Nadeens, Flat Tire, or Eggs Up Griddle. If u dont know these 3, you dont know Hermitage.

Goodpasture’s season has been over for 2 weeks. 2-0 against FCS (former coach was 3-8) East Robertson is putting up the helmets and pads as of last night. The Blackman Blaze as well. Dennis's disciples and Paul's apostles getting fired up for this 2004 state champs reunion tour. Biggest grundlefest in recent memory. All kinds of relatives up in there. Hope the outsiders wives let them go, but with this bunch not sure.

Letting Lipscomb and Knox Webb dictate enrollment so they could win was the worst. Webb didn't sell its soul to win, but Lipscomb did. The Dilfer era was a complete stain on what was good about sports. Unfortunately, sister school for the Church of Christers up North can't figure it out either. They want to whine and complain about football, and then play down in the other sports for gold. The whole thing is a racket and needs to start over. Coach McAdams deserved better than to share a legacy with Trent Dilfer. And quite frankly, anyone "in the know" would know that it isn't close.
