So much inaccurate information in this thread. I think D2 would win 106,113,120,138,145,152, and 160. They would have a good shot at 170 and 182. King is the best 106 in the state, hand down. Murphy is the best 113. Why do you think the BC kid would beat him? They wrestled twice last year and murphy won my mdec and pin. He is also a Fargo AA. (WrestlingGod- Leen never placed at Fargo) Oliver's results speak for himself, he is a Fargo champ. Connell pinned Tucker this season. Sutherland beat Hamilton during this season. Davis is even with Sutherland. Popp lost twice up north. No one in TN came close. He mdec the D1 champ at his weight last year. Hagey can beat anyone in TN. Parker beat Rauslton 4-2 the first week of the season,Solomon won 5-2 in the finals. 182 seems like a complete toss-up. D1 would walk away with 126,195,220, and Hvt.

Congrats to the guys that placed in this tournament. Big win for Marchetti over PA State Runner-up- Colt Cotton. I don't think TN as a state has gotten any worse, but it's too bad that we can't compare results of current TN guys to the early 90s or early 2000s. With 3 major national tournaments(FLO,USA,NHSCA) on the same weekend it makes it hard to gauge our states comparative success to previous years. The only true national tourney these days is the NCAA finals. With the state of TN only producing 1 NCAA qualifier I hope guys like Hooker, Moseley, Watson, Baker, and Marchetti can put TN back on the map.

The parent I talked to said that the Baylor 120lber wanted to give it a go and his dad wanted him to try to wrestle for the team. It was his choice. CBHS proved they are the best team in the state.

TO338- I'm not a fan the red leggings but I think you must of had a poor angle during that 120 pound match. The CBHS wrestler had an illegal arm bar and he cranked on it. I just heard yesterday that the Baylor kid will now be getting surgery. It was the shoulder that caused him miss the entire season. By that point in the dual everyone knew the outcome anyways. It looked like they were protecting the kid. I want to know what happened to Clements between that BA and McCallie match. I was looking forward to seeing that match again.

Holloway coming back at 145? He can't even weigh that much walking around. I got a chance to speak with someone who was in the room about the wrestle off at 160, and I heard a much different story. Doubt anyone will ever know the truth. Clements got the first takedown and then Popp broke him. Not surprising if you have been watching Clements since 8th grade. Popp just seems like a much tougher kid. That said, I don't see how McCallie could lose this dual.

What a great tournament. I don't think will be seeing that match at 160 though. I heard from another parent that Houston Clements lost the wrestle off to Popp 9-2. He won't be in the line-up this weekend because he is on his way down to 152.

How does the youth program look at Bradley? It has been a long time since they were this down.
