  1. fair enough. i’ve just always been under the impression that Cordero > Walker. So the 2 decisions over Cordero should mean something. I hope he does make 106. Already a pretty loaded weight without him. Makes for fireworks at state
  2. because he’s been at 3 all year and hasn’t lost in D1. with 2 wins over Jose Cordero. I’d be shocked if he doesn’t drop to 106 for regions. would immediately become the favorite.
  3. Drew should’ve already been higher than 3. He’s been disrespected all year in the rankings.
  4. Tennessee is bringing home 3 medals. Cleveland: Logan Fowler- 4th Tyson Russell- 5th Lucas Szymbroski- 7th Ryan: Casen Roark- 8th Dobyns: Garrett Crowder- 8th Congrats to these guys!
  5. Cleveland, Ryan, and Dobyns all had kids make the trip. Cleveland- 107- Cordero 114- Walker 121- Bosken 127- Rice 160- #4 Seed, Logan Fowler 172- Cy Fowler 189- #7 Seed, Szymbroski 285- #6 Seed, Russell Ryan- 107- Tran 114- Hare 121- Calvin 127- Gobbell 133- Roark 152- Deane 160- Rutherford Dobyns- 121- Winseman 133- Watterson 172- Taylor 189- Dempsey 285- Crowder Good luck to all these young men. Make Tennessee proud!
  6. If Drew drops, and idk why he wouldn’t if he can make the weight, he’s immediately the favorite at 106. already has 2 wins over Cordero this year.
  7. I’m sure they’ll be contending for the podium, but losing the Norman’s is a massive loss from a dual tournament standpoint
  8. Blackman definitely gonna have a big year, but i don’t see anyone in AA outside of Cleveland being close to Summit. If i had to pick a podium right now id say: 1. Cleveland 2. Summit 3 Blackman 4 Nolensville
  9. not too long ago. 2018ish. Before Soddy fell off and then went to small school
  10. I was told Drew’s first win over Cordero didn’t mean much cause it was preseason. does this one mean something? Kid is legit
  11. he beat cordero in pre season so he has to know he’s got a shot there
  12. props sir. Houston was the better team and it wasn’t really close.
  13. and now McKenzie fumbles. who gave these guys buttered popcorn at half time
  14. their best chance is for Alcoa to not show up. and i mean no disrespect by that. Alcoa is just a whole different animal, especially in 3A. they’ve won 8 straight, and 16 in the last 19 years for a reason.
  15. both of those games were toss ups for me. they’re extremely close and could go either way
  16. Good luck to every team playing this week/weekend 1A- South Pittsburg over McKenzie 2A- East Robertson over Riverside 3A- Alcoa over East Nashville 4A- Pearl-Cohn over Upperman 5A- Fred J. Page over West 6A- Oakland over Houston D2 A- Middle TN Christian over Friendship D2 AA- Christ Presbyterian Academy over Boyd Buchanan D2 AAA- Baylor over The McCallie School Best game- East vs Riverside
