  1. Beech wins 21-14. Heck of a game. Both teams brought it. Heck of a season for page. Looks like Beech will travel to Hillsboro. They have pulled away from Shelbyville in the 2nd half
  2. Bump that. Great hard-nosed game. Beech up 21-14 in the 4th. It’s been back and forth all night
  3. Sounds like he weather is moving in Page’s favor. I’m so excited for this game. Gonna be a fun one!!
  4. LOLOLOLOLOLOL youre probably older than me but it’s cool. Funny thing is I’m one of the few people giving MJ a chance in this game, but I guess you will pick a fight with anyone Go Bears
  5. Disgruntled? Please lol. I’m just stating facts. Does the truth hurt a little? Who said anything about winning an argument? You’re sounding pretty salty. I honestly could care less how “weak” you think my argument is. Go win something and then we’ll talk. It wasn’t a comeback. More facts. You can’t put down beech for not having to play those big schools, when MJ doesn’t either LOL. Thank you, I needed a good laugh! And I see you’re breaking out the name calling. Seems to be your go to when you don’t have an argument. Don’t you have another “10-0 regular season” banner to be making? Get used to it, it’s the only banner you will get “chump”.
  6. Lol “beech won’t run across Oakland, Maryville, whitehaven” To be fair neither will MJ but that’s to be expected when you peak in the 1st round. guess that’s what happens when you play a trash schedule. All those wins mean nothing if you get spanked in the playoffs. Don’t worry, I’m sure Beech will take their 2 state titles and their winning record against MJ over going 10-0 against middle school teams and getting sized up with white chalk every year in the playoffs
  7. Ivey at 5, Isbell at 4, and Lundy at 5 aren’t good. Everything else looks pretty solid. Isbell should be 1, Ivey and Lundy should at the very least be 2. Ivey is going to run all over everyone at 106 with the exception of McDaniel. I can’t wait to see those 2 lock horns.
  8. Touché. I just feel like both offenses will come out firing. And MJ has a lot to prove. Might have gotten a little carried away with the score but MJ definitely scores more than 10 lol. If Blackman drops 30, MJ drops mid 20’s. It’s gonna be back and forth
  9. Could be the biggest game of the 2nd round. Should be a barn burner. Can Mt. Juliet get the monkey off of their back? Who wins and why? i got Blackman in a close, high scoring game. 45-42
  10. This game probably isn’t close. How much of a chance to the Commandos have here? This has all the makings of a blowout, HHS doesn’t have the guys to hang with the Pats. I think the only chance HHS has of keeping it close is the change of pace at RB. If they can get the run game going they could keep it close early, but I think Oakland runs away with it. 42-17
  11. The Patriots have looked rock solid including another strong showing last night over Hillwood. Both the offense and defense were clicking. But the Bucs, who are coming off an absolute war against Summit, also look great right now and always seem to be at their best this time of year. Both teams will be ready to go Friday. I suspect a very close contest that comes down to who has the ball last. Who wins and why? i got Beech... 31-28
  12. Noah Horst was there as well in the 130 lb bracket and did not place. Got beat pretty bad by the kid Brayden beat in the finals.
  13. They both attended Station Camp. I know the grandfathering thing is true for Horst. I would assume it’s the same for Bates. Both have left the Beech program to avoid that.
  14. Not sure about Soddy and what they have, especially with the coaching change. Could be a down year. (Which could still be a top 10 team). As for Brentwood, it’s nice to see others catching on to what I already saw the past couple years. I was really high on the Bruins last year and everyone called me crazy...til the were on the podium in February. Coach Smith will once again have them locked and loaded for another big year.
  15. They may have “plenty left over” but there’s no sugar coating the loss of Horst and Bates. That’s 2 of the best lightweights I’ve seen in my time. Both could be 4 timers. While they may have some kids step up into those spots, it’s no secret Beech will have a bit of a drop losing those 2. They aren’t immediately replaceable. But I still expect a strong bucs team that will be ready to roll.

Stratford does it again. Drops Central 1-0. How did this team fly under the radar.

Both should state tournament caliber games. Something tells me Hville and SC get it done. Wouldn’t be surprised if one or both needed OT to decide it. Hville hasn’t been to state since the title run in 2010 I believe. And SC are the defending champs. But HHS has peaked at the right time. And SC is always dangerous. Both want this very badly. Both games will be exciting. Wish they’d stream one so I could watch both

Well first, it’s Rossview. Not rockview. And second, who said anything about that? Are you assuming because these games weren’t mentioned that they will be pushovers? I assure you they will not. Rossview takes care of Kingsbury, and Clarksville I think falls in a tight one with Houston. Speaking of games not mentioned, Merrol Hyde and CSAS should be exciting as well. I’ll take the Hawks. Columbia Acad. vs Madison will also be a good one. I think Madison wins there. I think Cookeville beats Columbia and Blackman beats Rhea. That’s all the Nashville area games id have any insight on

Hendersonville/Brentwood and Station Camp/Overton will both be exciting. Stratford/Central and MLK/Fairview will also be good
