Nothing but respect for GCA they are good but I will tell you what tonight I became a huge Oneida fan! Nothing but class from start to finish... Treated well and boys fought hard. Lost it in the end but was a good game.. So look Indians the Rams are tough but wish you the best!

Let me say this first and formost...Tellico has not become big trash talkers because of sucess nor should we ever!!!!!!! We are not those type of people. I will say this I hope one day the county does something to help Greenback with the field I have heard rumors of turf but who knows...But all in all a great place to play and love the rivalry and the tradition...Anyone that knows our coaching staff knows that we dont talk trash..He has those boys saying yer sir and no sir and being respectful all Tellico fans need to follow suit so my apologies for our 1 fan that stepped away from that orgnblk hope you see this...Been posting this year and have had nothing but respect and felt that you have given it so thanks....I have not made a prediction at all. I am looking for a good game. I do think a lot of folks count the Bears out but when you haven't been here in a while that is what happens. But I believe in these boys and what the game against GB taught us is this...If you come out flat against good teams the will whip your butt...So I hope they come out strong tonight...I beleive in our boys and believe they will win!!!! But more than anything I look forward to a great game and in a great town any Tellico fan that can't be positive needs to remember what DAD used to say " if you ain't got nothing nice to say.....THEN SHUT UP!" Go Bears!!!! My Daddy was a little rough around the edges!

I look forward to going to a great town with a good tradition. I was so hoping we would host. I think we may be the only district runner-up that has to travel but if we got to travel at least it is to a good town and great football traditon. Everyone I know that has been there says they treat visting fans great and it is a good place to watch a game. so looking forward to it and maybe those Bears can come out firing on all cylinders and come out with a big win!

No disrespect ONB but I am a Tellico fan and of course I am gonna say we should have beat you! but this should be a good game... We got off the bus in the wrong frame of mind so hopefully we can correct that... Should be a great game!

Yep... Should be real interesting... Both of us should have beat Greenback and both beat RW by 1.... We just did not come out strong against GB but finished strong just a little too late. Should be a very good game! I have never been up to your place look forward to it!

Tellico is second in the district RW and TP only lost 2 district games TP beat RW head to head TP is 2nd in their district.

Yep they sure will...that is the nature of the beast...think about this our district is tough and I think we could make some noise against other districts but we are gonna knock each other out....I know in Georgia the only way 2 teams from the same district can meet in the playoff is in the finals....Now not sure anyone will beat GCA but both RW and TP has played them already I just dont think we should meet this early in the playoffs....but he it is the playoffs and that is something we at TP havent seen in a while so we will take whatever draw we get!

Yep and looks like if everything plays out like it should we will be playing Rockwood in the 1st round of the playoffs...Don't think 2 teams from the same district should have to do that maybe 2nd or 3rd round for sure but to have to play each other in the first round kind of cheats the district a little....either way should be an interesting game when the Bears and Tigers meet again....my worry is only this.....will they count the head to head if we go as wildcards? now if we have to play RW again that is fine but we should be at home if we do..That is what you are saying right? biggest thing is would love a home playoff game!

GB is the better team for sure but Midway is a scrappy bunch...They will hang in there and give you a scare if you let them. GB needs to play both halfs like they played the 1st last week. Now don't get me wrong a Midway win really makes the district interesting. Have to get out the old slide rule to figure who is district runner-up if Midway wins and as a Bear fan I would liketo see that but think the 'Kees may be too strong. They play like they did against Tellico last week the 'Kees win...If they play like they did against Grace or RW then Midway holds on for a little too long and could make the 4th qtr interesting. Wish it would happen but just don't see that 'Kees big on Sr. night.....Good luck to both teams..Our district this year has been a tough one let's all make some noise come playoff time!

trying to figure out the playoffs man you have to have a degree in Quatum Mechanics to know what will happen..lol....but if Tellico wins Friday where will that leave them playoff time? You think they get a home playoff game? What if Tellico and Rockwood end up with the same record at 7-3 will they look only at the matrix or will head to head matter as far as seeding?

I hope the Bears will respond...It will be Senior night and if we win we at least tie a record for home wins. The 59 team was undefeated at 9-0 not sure if they had 4 or 5 home wins but even the '94 team that end 9-1 lost at home to Meigs that year. So it would be cool for the boys to do that....But i will tell you this they need to come out with a little more focus....

ONB I will say this you can tell GB wanted to prove they were physical. They did just that. They came out and played hard, blocked well, and did what it took to win. Even after Tellico woke up GB still fought hard. If they continue to play that way they will do well. Once Tellico got some momentum GB got some turnovers to keep Tellico from building on that. Really the way you see a game in your head when you think about how you want to play... Good job Tellico will get back to work this week... Still got a shot at the playoffs and need to focus on that
