  1. Who wins this matchup? Whoever wins this will likely face Friendship Christian next week.
  2. https://twitter.com/Kreager/status/926457471480233984
  3. That's not how awards like this work... I realize he is a good player and has speed, but his numbers aren't as impressive as the others on this list. I just watched his highlights and he is definitely quick, breaks tackles, and has good vision. This award is usually won on stats though, and RBs like Xavier Myers, Hewitt, and Hylick have better stats. All 4 backs are impressive.
  4. Completely forgot about that. Thanks for the heads up. Went and changed it.
  5. In the biggest games of the year, Xavier has shined the most. Like other running backs, he is out by the second half. Below are his stats in those games: BGA (first game back from injury) - 37 carries, 226 yards, 2 touchdowns, one TD on a 32 yard screen. FRA - 22 carries, 220 yards, 3 touchdowns DA - 36 carries, 332 yards, 4 touchdowns TRA (must win game for 2nd seed) - 22 carries, 389 yards, 7 touchdowns So in those 4 games, 117 carries for 1,167 yards and 16 touchdowns, with one TD reception. Very impressive.
  6. Xavier Myers should win this award for Divison 2 1A. His stat line is amazing. He has 2174 rushing yards on the year, which is good for first in the state in rushing yards, and 20th in the entire country. He also averages an amazing 241.6 rushing yards a game. On top of that, he has 30 rushing touchdowns, good for 2nd in the state. He also missed the first game of the season, and is still leading in rushing yards, rushing yards per game, and 2nd in touchdowns. His last game against Tipton-Rosemark was amazing. He had 23 rushes for 389 yards and 7 touchdowns. He should've had 8 touchdowns but fumbled one right before the end zone. Those 7 touchdowns put Xavier tied 8th in TSSAA record books in rushing touchdowns in a game. Xavier has talent and that of course is obvious. Defenses know that the run is coming and still can't stop him. I would also give his offensive line a ton of credit. His offensive line is very experienced and that has shown this season. Nashville Christian has been known the last few years to produce running back after running back, and Xavier is another one of those products that will make it to the next level.

  8. Lol, did Nashville Christian do anything to you? They had 2 tough opponents to start the season off, as well as injuries. They should handle Fayette Academy and get back into the swing of things.
  9. You're an idiot if you think he's a non factor. Of course they aren't going to run straight at him. All they did was run outside
  10. Mostly ground. Had a few long pass plays but mostly running the ball
  11. Officials were not very good as well. Some awful Unsportsmanlike calls. Terrible way to start the year off for that crew. Gave CA 2 touchdowns.
  12. I wouldn't count NCS out at all. They were without their starting running back, who also plays safety.
