Tri-cities / East TN girls 16/18u fast pitch team is seeking an experienced softball coaching staff. League is established and has more than enough registered players. Tryouts have not taken place yet--we would like the coaching staff to have pick. Several players moved up from the 14u last season. We play local and some out of town tournaments. Qualified candidates should posses the following skills: strength & agility conditioning, throwing & catching, hitting, bunting, base running, infield/outfield defense and pitching skills.
