EVERY FREAKING SPORT it is comical to me that anyone can share your opinion you know more than every coach and athletic director in public schools in Maury County. I have friends who coach and have coached in the area that know of kids that were recruited. I have friends with kids that were in middle school at a county school and were contacted to come to CA.

false and false, they most certainly have recruited multiple sports for years and the most certainly would not admit to it ever it would be beneath them to admit to anything

I am sure they are probably familiar with your cousin if he played at Central when they were making trips to Cookeville, they probably recruited him at one point.

If seats need painting or something built, they will go recruit, er, I mean, see some Culleoka, Hampshire, Santa Fe, or Mount Pleasant kids play and offer the "jobs" of painting and construction to parents who will be "paid" for the said "work" and afford tuition.

That is a bold statement, you might want to back off on it and do a little research on the topic.

But parents can work on fields and concessions to help lessen the "financial burden" on them for their kids to play there. Happens. Every. Year. May not be "scholarship" athletes, but there is recruiting and there are special circumstances for parents of athletes that may end up there.
