Fairview has a good team. Well coached and talented, depth and size. Enrollment number Ain’t no excuse from this Cheatham fan. If we can’t bust through region I hope they can. Hope #1 is okay and ready for regions.

Heritage wins at Sycamore tonight So standings right now are Fairview 5-1 ( sycamore, and cubs left) Heritage 4-2 ( cubs and Harpeth left) Cheatham 4-2 (Fairview and heritage) Harpeth 2-4 (Heritage and sycamore) sycamore 0-6 (Harpeth and Heritage) Heritage currently holds tiebreaker against Cheatham. Sycamore could win out and still be last. Harpeth could get as high as 3rd depending on tiebreakers, Fairview wins out they are champs. Cheatham could win out and force a tiebreaker scenario for first. this will also be the last year of these teams in this district. It only lasted 2 seasons. Next year Heritage, Fairview and Sycamore move to 3A. East Hickman and Hickman join Cheatham and Harpeth for a 4 team district and automatic region bids.

Cubs beat Maplewood in consolidation game for 3rd place. 13 and 4 on the season. Any win is a good win over Metro teams. It’s a different ballgame up there and when we can compete and win is huge. The pearl game was close going into 4th quarter. Then they pulled away. Overton will struggle in 4a but yes in 2A they would be huge favorites. Disagree on MlK the lost to a terrible Clarksville High team. All Harpeths defeats are against bigger teams but so is Fairviews, cheathams and sycamores. Heritage has 1 bad loss to White House their other losses are legit .

Cheatham beat greenbrier 66 to 57. Had 18 point lead and greenbrier made it close in 2nd half.

Cheatham got in early for trouble ,got down 20 at the half . Was able to get it to 7 a few times but never any closer. Greenbrier is a solid team having won 25 plus games last year and returned alot

You are correct. Everyone took an L except Jackets. I expect Fairview to win by double digits in SC this year. region shaping into 3 team race Fairview, Wavo, WH. other 4 are struggling

The last years cheatham made the playoffs West was the OC under Hatley. Had a talented QB named Landon Barnes who is still playing college ball. They hosted East Nashville in playoffs his sr yr and had the winning td called back for holding.

If I was a betting man, I would beat Giles county but I will be rooting for Stewart County. It’s cool seeing underdogs stick around awhile.
