someone correct me if i'm wrong but i heard that some knoxville schools are open zoning. if this is so then that would definitley explain their dominance over the past years. there are lots of middle tennessee cities that would be competing with them every year if they were alowed to choose thier school. for example clarksville area has like 6 highschools for a medium sized city. if the rossview and clarksville kids went to school together they would definitley be in the running every year. just think if franklin kids could choose to go to bhs (not that they would) or gallatin players to hendersonville. i'm not saying that knoxville is not deserving of their respect, however, if the playing fields were evened then i think the power in the state would shift from year to year.

world cup, hendersonvilles jv didnt come in til the 70th minute. daniel kelly played most of the game so i wouldnt say their jv was in for most of the game. and i didn't say this was the best hendersonville team ever, i meant they are one of them. also soccerdude you need to stop making idiotic remarks, you make your team look bad coming on here and talking likea 5 year old.

dukefan. i've been following middle tennessee soccer for years and i honestly don't think it is fair to call rossview pretenders. this years hendersonville squad may very well be their best one ever. i watched them play before daniel kelly went to europe and after he came back and there is no question he became a much better player. I've never seen one single player make that kind of a difference in my life. they are a totally different team with him. with him in the lineup i expect to see more scores like 5-0 in the state tournament because hendersonville is hands down better than everyone. now i am by no means a rossview fan but i was at the game and think they are still one of the best 8 in the state. there is just that big of a gap between #1 and #8. Rossview has shown they can play with some of the best teams in their bearden and blackman games, this is their first beating of the year so no i wouldnt say they are pretenders. i think rossview was taken by suprise a little bit ( they gave up 3 goals in a 4 minute span). if they played again, i still think hendersonville would win but maybe only 3-1 or 3-0.

yeah i think chs will have the edge over rossview next year. rossview will lose roads, batson, morin, demila and sebastian. all of those are key players. all that chs will lose is shelton. either way it will be a good game next year as well

The new rankings are out, for the most part things are the same. Some minor changes include Farragut dropping to number 9. what do ya'll think?

clarksville will probably win, however, whenever opposing teams travel to henry co. you never know what will happen. over the years i have seen some pretty interesting calls by refs that have changed the outcome of games

rossview beat smyrna 1-0 but shouldve won by atleast 3 or 4. clarksville lost to them, not that means anything. from the looks of it rossview definitley has a good chance to beat clarksville.

station camp beat hendersonville? what happened i know its just a scrimmage so maybe hville tried to play some younger guys. any info?

well he obviously forgot that part.. its not uncommon for people to shoot themselves unloading guns, thats how lots of accidental shootings happen

clarksville highs best player got hurt.. i know rossviews keeper shot his leg while cleaning a gun and is out for the season

anything... a team that might win their district for the first time in a while or a team that makes it to state that didnt last year
