  1. I graduated from UTM in 91 and the T Room was still open but somewhere between then and now.....lol, they closed.
  2. I noticed the Williamson kid came off the field late in the game Friday night what looked to be like a arm or shoulder injury. Any word if he will, or will not play Friday night?
  3. No score predictions? I will say 26-24 Milan
  4. Will the total number of seating be more or less than the old stadium?
  5. Agree... It also looks like coach Morris will be the Quality Control/Special Advisor to the HC. I think this is a very good move on coach Diffee's part. I am sure the Bulldog fans are getting excited.
  6. Teddy Pettigrew may still be available. He only had about 9 or 10 schools calling him after Milan let him go.
  7. Does anyone know what subject he will be teaching and when he will start? I am assuming it will be at first of the year.
  8. I live in Milan and used to go to ALL the games, home or away. Last year I went to 2 or 3. I couldn't watch the mess that was going on. This season I did not go to a single game. I don't know coach Teddy but from everything I hear he is a good guy. But just because you are a good guy doesn't mean that one will have success at a HC position. Does anyone remember when Dan Bland was fired after 3 seasons? Winning 5 or 6 games just isn't acceptable at Milan.
  9. Question? Did any Milan football fans believe that a Teddy Pettigrew coached team could beat a Shane Jacobs coached team?
  10. BPM, Milan's QB is a senior. In my opinion, he should have been playing qb the last 2 seasons, but instead was a WR.
  11. I think it will depend on how much he will overhaul the offense. I hope I'm wrong but I don't see much change happening. The offense in my opinion needs a major overhaul, not just a tweak.
  12. Just heard the new hire. All I am going to say is.....Really? Are you serious?
  13. Sounds like this hiring process was botched up from the beginning. (where is Phil Fulmer when you need him) It should not have taken this long to hire a coach.
  14. I would think coach Ward turning down the offer stings the Milan faithful a little with him being from Milan. BPM, after your response earlier, I read the Milan paper. Sounds like they are being very conservative with the salary for the next coach. If so, this may cost Milan and may have to settle for an assistant with no previous head coaching experience that is wanting to make a name for himself. (and I am not saying an assistant coach, if hired, would not win at Milan.....there are very good assistants out there that is very capable of winning)
  15. I heard coach Ward was offered but turned it down. BPM, any truth to this?
  16. BPM, who is at the top of your wish list for the next head coach at Milan?
  17. What about the current assistants? Any of them capable of leading the Bulldog program?
  18. This is pretty much what this weeks Milan paper is saying. That the school has received over 20 applicants and expecting more. I would hate to be the one making the final decision.
  19. Milan's head coach has stepped down according to the Milan Mirror. Someone will have big shoes to fill. Will Milan promote from within or go outside bulldog nation and find their next coach?
  20. Yes, they are 1A schools but they would be good non region competition for the Hornets.
